Excellent place to stay with great service, room clean, location, everything is perfect! Hope I can have an opportunity to book this hotel again when I plan to go to Osaka^^

First tome at this hotel and it was good. Very spacious for 3 ppls. Clean but the daily cleaning is only taking away rubbish and changing towels which think isn’t enough as used all tissues but didn’t replace and had to go to get myself. Gym was ok wasn’t the best but clean. But the location is great and near to places.

Self-service hotel. The platform will send an email to confirm the password and room number. Don't arrive early, otherwise there will be no place to rest after entering. Stayed for 3 days and didn't see any service staff. The room was not cleaned. The garbage was thrown out of the room by yourself and the waiter would take it away. The air conditioner leaked on the last night of stay. It was past 11 o'clock in the middle of the night. I didn't know who to contact. The air conditioner dripped all night. The platform phone was not answered. The room has a microwave and a refrigerator, which is very convenient. There is a Chinese restaurant on the right side of the door. The taste is very good. The subway is about 10 minutes walk away. It is 15 minutes walk to Umeda shopping district.

Super good location. I was worried at first and didn't dare to stay here. The price is very cost-effective. The room is very comfortable. There is an izakaya Yamadai Yakitori downstairs. Remember to eat there. It's super delicious. It's a two-minute walk to 7-Eleven and there is also a ramen restaurant that is also delicious. It's only 2 minutes to Shinsaibashi Pedestrian Street. Can you stand it? It's so convenient. I will stay here next time!

Hotel is short distance from Shinsaibashi metro station. Really easy to travel via the midosuji lines. Exit from exit 2 from the metro station (exit 1 is under construction when I was there). Plenty of food options along the street and hotel is also really close to dotonburi. Rooms are clean enough for 2 pax in a room. However for big groups booking multiple rooms, do take note that for moderate twin rooms, there is only 1 room per level. So for my booking of 4 rooms, we were spread out in 4 levels. There were a total 5 washing machines with dryer functions in this hotel. Staff were friendly but they speak limited English. Luggage locker room is self service on level 1. IC card is used to lock and unlock the locks.

The transportation is very convenient, close to Shinsaibashi, about 20 minutes walk... 10 minutes to the subway station, the room is relatively clean and large, with a balcony, which is nice, but there are few kitchen supplies and the kitchenware does not look particularly clean

I heard from a friend that it is better to stay in a Japanese B&B when traveling in Japan, but when I confirmed the itinerary, I found that many B&Bs were booked. When I arrived at the hotel, I was shocked. Sure enough, it was still under renovation. The outdoor area was a mess. There was no access control downstairs, which was similar to the resettlement housing in the old community in China. I suddenly felt depressed and anxious. I didn’t know what to do in a foreign country, so I could only stay reluctantly. It was still very convenient to check in, and it was relatively clean inside, but it was really crowded, very crowded, and very dark. Friends who like sunshine should not choose this. After putting down the suitcase, there was no place for my feet. After staying for 6 nights, I found a very serious smell of spray paint. I saw that there was indeed a worker painting outside, and there was a big fan plugged in outside the door of our room 24 hours a day. It was really terrible. In China, this house cannot be used for commercial purposes, right? Because I was pregnant, I communicated the situation to Ctrip and they coordinated to change my stay to another store. The Namba store is not bad, like a hotel, clean and tidy, with complete electrical appliances, plenty of sunshine, convenient for drying clothes, and close to the subway entrance, so it is very convenient for free travel every day. The location of the accommodation was a bit ambiguous. I booked it because I thought it was close to Dotonbori, but it was too far to walk, and the subway route wasn't very good. It was also inconvenient to go to Universal Studios, Umeda, and Osaka Castle. Overall, the subway accessibility was a bit disappointing. The quality of the accommodation itself was fine. However, the elevator had a unique giraffe-like smell, which was strange. There is a Lawson convenience store near the accommodation, but I recommend the Tamade supermarket, which is about two blocks away. The prices are much cheaper and you can see a variety of items. There are many items that are cheaper than the duty-free at Don Quijote, so I recommend stopping by. The TV seemed to support YouTube, but the YouTube button on the remote control didn't work. In addition, there were all the basic kitchen utensils, such as a microwave, toaster, spoons, chopsticks, cups, plates, and rice bowls, and a washing machine was also provided. However, please note that the detergent is powdered soap. There is a dryer function in the bathroom, so even your laundry will dry well the next day. Overall, the accommodation was okay, but the location was inconvenient, so I would consider staying somewhere else next time I visit Osaka. However, if you like walking, it's a place worth staying at least once.

Hotel is clean and room are big enough to stay for two of us , inside got table for you to have your meal and also consider balcony too. The price is affordable for everyone. Thanks and we wishes to come back again .
