On the first day, I followed the Google map to go to this B&B. I walked on the ground. When I was almost there, I passed a street with many sex shops on the side. It didn't feel very good. In fact, most of the way from Umeda Station to this B&B can be taken through the underground passage, which takes about 15 minutes in total. I booked a triple room. Most of the facilities in the B&B were fine, but the big bed only provided one quilt, which made it difficult for two people to sleep peacefully. In addition, I didn't get any response to the emails I sent to the owner before checking in. All check-in procedures need to pay attention to the emails sent by Ctrip (make sure the personal email address left is correct).

Kitahama is so peaceful. There’s a river near by with good vibes. If you like shopping and late night restaurants, this location is not for you. The size of the room is quite nice for a business hotel. Room is clean! Overall, I’m happy with the stay and would recommend.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, very value for money! Will not hesitate to stay here again if I visit Osaka again. Location super convenient; quick walk from Shinsaibashi station, right beside the Shinsaibashi shopping street, so there’s a ton of food and shopping options nearby. Easy check in; you have to collect all your amenities at the lobby. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are fantastic; very clean, well-equipped and well-designed (love the toilet!). There’s also vending machines and coin laundry machines on several floors of the hotel.

The location is really good because it is right in front of Exit 6 of Nipponbashi Station. It would be really hard to find a place this big for this price. The only regret is that only 6 towels are provided even for multiple nights, so you have to wash them. Also, there is a lot of dust everywhere, so if you have allergies or rhinitis, I recommend that you bring your medicine. Even considering all the cons, the size of the room is so good for the price that I recommend ignoring all the cons and making a reservation. The view from the stairs of the room is also pretty.

It was so nice because everything was close, about 5 minutes from Dotonbori. From the department store to Don Quijote tour~ Everything was close to the restaurant, so there was no major inconvenience in moving around. The last best service was the luggage storage service when checking out, which was really nice.

The location is very good, not far from the subway station, and you can reach Kuromon Market by turning a corner, but it is very quiet here. There are 7-11 and Family Mart not far away. When I stayed there, it was under renovation, and the house number plate had not been installed yet, so it was difficult to find, but it did not affect the accommodation. The bed was big, and the basic facilities were all there. There was also a small balcony for drying clothes. The only shortcoming was that the hot water sometimes ran out during use, and it needed to be turned off and on again. Everything else was fine. In short, the price/performance ratio was good!

The next day, she took a mineral water bottle and filled it with some for me. I was very speechless... I really can't accept that someone drank from this bottle and then filled it with conditioner for me. 3⃣️The water pressure for the shower is very very very low! ! The shower head is also very small! ! 4⃣️The surrounding area is under renovation, and it is very dusty! The doors and windows must be closed. As for the noise, I personally think it's okay, because I sleep heavily, and those who sleep lightly should not accept it. Advantages: 1⃣️The room is really big! The suitcases can be spread out casually, unlike the 12-ping room that is so cramped. 2⃣️There is a kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine. During the period, I bought some things and cooked a meal at the cheap supermarket opposite. It was quite interesting? 3⃣️It is not far from the subway station, and several attractions: Kuromon Market, Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, and Nihonbashi can be walked to. The location is quite convenient. If the hotel plans to change the bathroom, I would still recommend it. For tired tourists who have been playing outside for a day, taking a comfortable bath is really very important... The small shower head + no bathtub really makes it difficult to get enough relief...

I stayed for 3 nights and it was quite satisfying. The room was in good condition and the location was excellent. Subway stations, shops, convenience store were very close to the hotel. The washing machine in the room was convenient as well. But wifi connection was very bad. The staff tried to solve the problem but I couldn't use wifi almost every night. It needs to be improved because it is a pretty big problem. If the wifi problem is solved, I would like to stay here again next time.

That was Airbnb type of hotel Apartment style! Nice apartment, clean & tidy. Comfortable room with mini kitchen. That was great provided washing machine too. A self- check in hotel an email you with the instructions. Beautiful place & great location nearby train station & just a walking distance to Family mart & Lawson. It was comfortable enough to enjoy 3 night stayed in Osaka!
