The hotel was correct although the rooms were small and unattractive. Conveniently located near the train station. The downside is that it's not particularly charming. The breakfast was good. The staff is not particularly friendly or helpful.

I didn’t know what to do in a foreign country, so I could only stay reluctantly. It was still very convenient to check in, and it was relatively clean inside, but it was really crowded, very crowded, and very dark. Friends who like sunshine should not choose this. After putting down the suitcase, there was no place for my feet. After staying for 6 nights, I found a very serious smell of spray paint. I saw that there was indeed a worker painting outside, and there was a big fan plugged in outside the door of our room 24 hours a day. It was really terrible. In China, this house cannot be used for commercial purposes, right? Because I was pregnant, I communicated the situation to Ctrip and they coordinated to change my stay to another store. The Namba store is not bad, like a hotel, clean and tidy, with complete electrical appliances, plenty of sunshine, convenient for drying clothes, and close to the subway entrance, so it is very convenient for free travel every day. Very convenient location with friendly staff. The room is spacious, and the humidifier was a lifesaver! My only feedback would be about the breakfast. If you’re staying for more than two days, I’d recommend skipping it, as the menu doesn’t change much and can get repetitive.

Hotel was located at the middle of a small road. Room was quite good size for a single traveller, but was only given one pillow. If you are feeling hot in the winter months, you can open the window for ventilation as well.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, very value for money! Will not hesitate to stay here again if I visit Osaka again. Location super convenient; quick walk from Shinsaibashi station, right beside the Shinsaibashi shopping street, so there’s a ton of food and shopping options nearby. Easy check in; you have to collect all your amenities at the lobby. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are fantastic; very clean, well-equipped and well-designed (love the toilet!). There’s also vending machines and coin laundry machines on several floors of the hotel.

The location is excellent, with Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori and Kuromon Market nearby. The hotel environment is bright and comfortable, and the facilities are clean and hygienic. Highly recommended!

Hotel is a bit dated but still good in overall. - breakfast is good in Japanese stardard. Having juice and coffee as normal. - room is small like normal which can open only 1 luggage per time. - location is superb very close to shopping places and close to train station.

I went on a family trip with my high school senior son. It was a free trip, so I was excited and nervous.. But after entering the accommodation, the joy of the trip was even greater. I really liked the accommodation. My son was so satisfied that he said he would definitely come back to this hotel if he went to Osaka with his friends. Our family of three was very satisfied and was able to rest comfortably. Oh, the reason I was satisfied was because the location was perfect. It was a 3-5 minute walk from the Dotonbori entrance and a 10 minute walk from Nankai Namba Station? The subway passed right under the hotel, so we were able to visit Universal Studios with ease. The only regret was that it was a bit complicated because it was self-check-in, but if you just check your email, it shouldn't be difficult. Have a nice trip.
