Hotel was located at the middle of a small road. Room was quite good size for a single traveller, but was only given one pillow. If you are feeling hot in the winter months, you can open the window for ventilation as well.

Clean, new hotel near the subway station. Complete equipment The employees are very attentive. The price is not expensive at all compared to the quality. Will stay here again if I come to Osaka.

The room is quite comfortable, bathroom is big. Room is equipped with washing machine and microwave which it’s quite handy. Free amenities besides receptionist desk I stayed 4 nights, No room cleaning and bedding unless you request it at reception desk. But can request for changing towel everyday. Breakfast options are more to western style. Not much choices but still is delicious

Hotel Keihan Tenmabashi Ekimae offered a phenomenal experience. Its proximity to Tenmabashi Station, Osaka Castle, and the Osaka Museum of History gives access to a wealth of entertainment and food. The hotel itself had friendly staff that seemed to try to assist in English if ever someone did not seem fluent in Japanese and the self-check-in kiosks at the front also supported four languages: Japanese, English, Korean, and Chinese. The room itself was phenomenal, being one of the most spacious I have seen in Japan. What impressed me most, however, had to be the washroom. It was not only incredibly clean, but also the most spacious I have seen to date in Japan. The room also came with a complementary carton mineral water which I thought was quite nice for quality of life. The television is also well equipped information and entertainment and even lets one share their phone screen onto the television. There is also a convenient panel next to the bed that has various functions from controlling the air conditioning and lighting to notifying the staff whether one wants their room cleaned or not. The breakfast they offer, served buffet-style was comprised of various offerings reflecting Japanese, Chinese, and ”Western” culture. While the offerings were satisfactory, I also felt that they may have spread themselves to thin with the variety of the offerings and thus the quality of the individual items suffered from it. In addition, the meal felt like it only partially captured the spirit of each tradition it drew from and ultimately lead to the overall experience being a confused motley of flavours. Overall, while I only stayed for a single day, this was one of the better hotel experiences I have had in Japan.

The room is super small, can’t even walk without bumping into one another. Blankets not sure if it is clean or not cause I got itchiness sleeping on the bed. Wifi is slow too, keep on buffering when watching YouTube and Netflix.

Great place! Located at the end of a shopping street full of food. It’s about 10-15 minutes walk to Osaka or Osaka umeda station which is pretty convenient. A lot of shops and malls around those stations too! This apartment is quite spacious and clean. However there was a double and single bed which is more than enough for the two of us. Felt like the single bed could have been replaced by a sofa bed to chill on and have more space for luggage. The washing machine is great and easy to use too. Overall clean and cosy apartment to stay in. Would definitely stay here again!

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, very value for money! Will not hesitate to stay here again if I visit Osaka again. Location super convenient; quick walk from Shinsaibashi station, right beside the Shinsaibashi shopping street, so there’s a ton of food and shopping options nearby. Easy check in; you have to collect all your amenities at the lobby. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are fantastic; very clean, well-equipped and well-designed (love the toilet!). There’s also vending machines and coin laundry machines on several floors of the hotel.

Excellent service and amenities. Enjoyed the swimming pool very much, then nice dry/ wet steaming and sauna. Breakfast is good with lots of choices. The room is spacious, high floor with a panoramic city view, wonderful. Staff are friendly and helpful, very impressed. In short, highly recommended.

I heard from a friend that it is better to stay in a Japanese B&B when traveling in Japan, but when I confirmed the itinerary, I found that many B&Bs were booked. Finally, I found that there was still a No. 4 store. I saw two 1.5-meter beds, which was quite suitable for our family to travel. I looked at the comments in the comment area for 23 years and found that it was decorated, and some said that the environment was poor. In the end, I chose to book 10 nights. When I arrived at the hotel, I was shocked. Sure enough, it was still under renovation. The outdoor area was a mess. There was no access control downstairs, which was similar to the resettlement housing in the old community in China. I suddenly felt depressed and anxious. I didn’t know what to do in a foreign country, so I could only stay reluctantly. It was still very convenient to check in, and it was relatively clean inside, but it was really crowded, very crowded, and very dark. Friends who like sunshine should not choose this. After putting down the suitcase, there was no place for my feet. After staying for 6 nights, I found a very serious smell of spray paint. I saw that there was indeed a worker painting outside, and there was a big fan plugged in outside the door of our room 24 hours a day. It was really terrible. In China, this house cannot be used for commercial purposes, right? Because I was pregnant, I communicated the situation to Ctrip and they coordinated to change my stay to another store. The Namba store is not bad, like a hotel, clean and tidy, with complete electrical appliances, plenty of sunshine, convenient for drying clothes, and close to the subway entrance, so it is very convenient for free travel every day. Location is near to the Shinsaibashi street, exit from the Shinsaibashi train station and either take the elevator from Parco or take the escalator from exit 6 to reach the ground level. Family mart is just opposite the hotel & there are many food options available nearby. Cleanliness was ok, but perhaps the decoration and furnitures are in dark colour, you could see quite obvious dust going around. There is a limited (empty bins & change towels) or full house keeping option every day. They do not top up the bottles of water if you have not consume the current ones placed inside the room. The washing machine & microwave in the room works well. Laundry soap is also provided. There is a QR code for you to scan to operate the washing machine. One minus point is there is no drying rack or enough hangers going around if you were to wash one full load (total 6 hangers provided in the room). The room was well lit in the day as there is a big window and sunlight can shine in. Night time is abit insufficient as the lights inside the room are too dim.
