Very stylish and cool Hotel. The checkin is a little but confuse but that's Ok. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Breakfast is not so good and a little bit crowded. The people from hotel are very nice!

Service: The restaurant service is good The front desk service was really uncomfortable. When I checked in, I was the only one who arrived on the 20th floor and no one guided me. I sat on the sofa and waited for a long time before I was welcomed with a cup of tea, and then I had to wait for the formalities. The whole process was undoubtedly long. After a long discussion, I found out that the name and date of the message were different. It was the service used by the previous guest. In the end, there was no apology or anything, and they just let me go. Everyone should really pay attention to the bill when checking out. It seems that they only look at the room number and not any information about the check-in.

First of all, the communication was amazing. Fast replies and clear instructions on how to get to the apartment and how to get in. The facility was clean. It is not a bit room but as you’re not there most of the time it really doesn’t matter. The room has all facilities I needed. A desk, small kitchen with fridge, electric stove and a microwave. What made me choose this apartment was the gym. As compared to other apartments or hotels on Trip, this gym had a squat rack and barbells. I generally miss this at a hotel/ apartment gym and it was highly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place and would book this again when I return to Osaka!

This was a great place to stay in Osaka. It is 10 minutes from a great food market and DenDen. It was clean, simple, with all the necessities for a short stay. The bed is comfy. And 24 hour access is easy. I would stay again.

This was a nice place to stay, some of the room was a bit older and outdated but overall a good stay and very convenient area. Safety was a bit of a concern as previous tenants could enter and we had an incident occur during check in when leaving our luggage and our room door was unlocked with our “protected” luggage inside.

It's about 10 minutes walk from Namba Station. Everything is fine, but there is no washbasin in the bathroom. To wash, I had to use the sink in the kitchen, so it was a bit uncomfortable because there was no mirror there. The next morning, the alarm rang in the building for a long time, which was very anxious and scary. I thought it was an earthquake Fortunately, it was a fire training, but it could be, so it would be nice to know.

Well located flat. Not too close, not too far from the must sees in Osaka. Average clean. Very tiny. Even having a tiny kitchen is not really useful if you need to on the bed. But it was a good opportunity to get to know the inmense variety of restaurants and street food options around.
