Fantastic hotel, rooms were very clean.
There was lots of reviews saying the staff were rude. However if you do stupid things like turning up to dinner when it’s just closing they would probably be quite keen to kick you out because they need to clean and get home to there families duhhh.
That asides the staff were friendly and couldn’t have done enough to help.
The bus stop was across the road.
I will stay here again.
Only booked breakfast and it was very good loads of choice and fresh

The staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble.
The crowning glory is the roof top Sky Bar with the most amazing views of the city.

It is very convenient to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel. I found that many hotels nearby are called XxxMelia. Maybe this area is the name. The hotel is located opposite the sea. The sea view room we chose has a small terrace to sit on, which is more comfortable and comfortable. Breakfast is also delicious, there are many choices, there are special people to omelettes, many hotels do not have this service, the hotel does not provide toothbrushes, you have to take the initiative, this hotel is good, it is a bit not enough to clearly mark the price, when we go, the service staff inside is not in the room, I put two small pieces of chocolate (a small piece of that), and opened a corner of the quilt on the quilt. Two beds and one piece. We thought it was a gift and ate it. When we checked out, we were told to charge 9 euros. This is a bit pitted. I think this is not suitable. Others are fine. Be sure to pay attention to the minibar and glass, these are not free food, will be charged, reasonable consumption.

The hotel room was great, the staff impeccable, just the small problem that can surprise you is that we had a booking tax of €8 and a bit, except that on the site where we booked and paid for the room online, at no time did they warn us that there would be a tax (knowing that we only slept one night, the price of which is not exorbitant either) so be careful not to get ripped off, especially if you were going to stay for a long time, the taxes will surely increase...

The hotel is strategically located, a quiet place in the middle of the hustle and bustle, not far from the bar corridor and commercial street, and not far from the seaside. The reception at the hotel's front desk is warm, the interior decoration is modern, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is rich.

Situated in residential area, not close to downtown but we loved it. The simply white and wooden deco just hit our taste. Very relaxing environment. Friendly staff, very good spoken English. Breakfast was good as well. We rent a bike from the hotel for a whole day to tour around the downtown in the morning and to the far beach in the afternoon. Great value of money! Highly recommended!

We came for our honeymoon, so we chose a place near the Palma city airport. It was very convenient to walk to the city center, and it was nice to be able to tour the cathedral and Bellver Castle. I could see the cathedral outside the window unintentionally, and the location of the accommodation and the elevator were nice, but we stayed on the 8th floor with the bar, so the soundproofing was poor. ㅜㅜ Maybe it was because of the soundproofing, but I couldn't sleep well because of the noise from the room next door, even though it was a double door. ㅠㅠ

The room network is not good. After the proposal is made, it is still corresponding, very historical. I hope that retro travelers can consider it. Otherwise, it is better to stay at the Capuchino Hotel opposite.

GGuest UserIt has a great place for reaching anywhere including the airport. My room was really clean and well organized, plus staff was very kind. One of staff explained all of things and she let me know that walking street at night is safe and where are great places for going to bar and restaurants

It's convenient in transportation. The service quality and hotel facilities are very good. It's worth recommending.

It offers every service you will need .
Near the seaside the location is very well.
The staff always very welcoming ,friendly and helpful when you need them.
Room was very clean ,spacious balcony and offers a great view of the sea.
Another important thing is the food dishes we had at the restaurant of the hotel. So delicious and healthy choices.
The only issue we had was the lack of the wifi at the room ,we stayed at the last floor. Also we would prefer the bed to be a double one not two single ones.
But the overall value for the money and the experience we had here was just wonderful.
It’s really worth it to stay here.

PPui YingI recently stayed at a hotel and would like to share my review based on different aspects. The location of the hotel was quite good, earning a score of 4. It was conveniently close to a beautiful beach. However, the hotel was a bit far from the city center, which may be a drawback for some guests.
In terms of service, the hotel staff was excellent, receiving a score of 5. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a satisfying stay.
Cleanliness was another positive aspect of the hotel, deserving a score of 5. The rooms and common areas were well-maintained and tidy.
However, there were a few drawbacks in terms of amenities. The rooms were quite small, and the soundproofing was not great, resulting in noise from the adjacent rooms and hallway. Additionally, the balcony was located too close to the neighboring room, which compromised privacy.
Overall, the hotel had a good location near the beach (4/5) and provided excellent service (5/5). The cleanliness was also top-notch (5/5). However, the small room size, poor soundproofing, and proximity of the balcony to the next door were areas for improvement (4/5).

GGuest UserHotel well located in a coastal town with little movement. Fair cleaning, very improvable with poor finishes in the bathroom. Non-existent pillow with normal level air conditioning. Rooms not noisy but with very prompt cleaning activity. As for the breakfast, quite ample but not very rotatable, as well as the dinner (both with a very poor quality and INTENDED FOR THE GUIRI AND NOT SPANIARDS. Painful attention on the part of the team who, more than thanking us for our stay, forgave us for our existence, without naming the fights between the team itself in front of the clientele. I think the price is exorbitant for what is offered.

GGuest UserThis hotel is near the subway station, train station and bus station. It only takes a few minutes to walk to get there. The transportation is very convenient and fast! The room has a window table and chairs, with enough light for planning your trip or working! The hotel also has an outdoor terrace and chairs for guests to rest! The front desk staff are very kind and willing to help you solve your problems!

GGuest UserMy positive experience with Hotel Mirador in Palma, Mallorca began as soon as I entered the lobby. I was greeted warmly at the desk where they solved several problems with my booking which was made by Trip.com. Specifically, for some reason my reservation was in the name of a Trip.com employee and not me! Second although I had booked for two nights with continental breakfast, the reservation was made for one night with lunch and dinner and a SEPARATE reservation was made for one night with no meals. Third, a reservation was made for a ”Family” room instead of a single as I requested. This made my stay more expensive than I planned for.
Through all of these difficulties the staff at the Hotel Mirador treated me exceptionally well and made many phone inquires until I was able to get a room.

The room is a little old, but it's hard to find a single room at this price in a tourist resort. There is a cafe next to it that can solve the problem of breakfast, and there is an Asian supermarket where you can buy water or something at night
