BBilginWow! Amazing, from on all points. If you have early flights, this is the place to be. Is just 4 min walk, go second level (departure level), go out, walk over the bridge (you can see Radisson Blu when you out). The rooms are above expectations, especially if you book the Suite (if you have family, book the suite), easy can accompany 4. The breakfast is quite well, all nice things are available. For dinner try the „Circle“ restaurant, I was so surprised about the food there, highest quality, at reception area. What is also nice to be mentioned, you have a nice 24 hour self paid counter there, where u can get drinks and sweets and some other stuff. I will always try to be there whenever I have early flights.

The surrounding environment is very good, next to the botanical garden, free entry. There are also free symphony and band performances. The breakfast is healthy and rich. It is close to U2, U3, S

GGuest UserWe stayed at your hotel for 18 nights in total as we were visiting our son and his family for the Christmas holidays. He lives nearby so this hotel was VERY convenient. The housekeeping was exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot water and pulsating shower in the bathroom. We were disappointed that there was not a coffee maker/kettle in the room. We were also rather disappointed that the full breakfast buffet on a couple of occasions did not have the hot items readily available. We were able to order individual servings of such items but it was not the same as being able to freely pick and choose what we wanted. We also noticed that the hot drinks that were dispensed from the machine were NOT hot at all and just merely warm.
The front desk staff were friendly and courteous at all times. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit our son in Hamburg.

YYauWendyI have to catch an early flight from Hamburg airport and this hotel is close to the S1 train station. from there within 15 minutes I arrive the airport. It takes me ca. 10 minutes walk from hotel to/from Main train station, with a 30 inch big luggage 🧳
I'm glad I can checkout sharply at 5am, the counter is manned 24 hours and their staff are nice to offer help, e.g. lugguage storage, early checkout

IItdoesntmatterwhofirst of all, the man at the reception did not check that we had already paid for the room. He presented a bill that needs to be paid now. I said several times that we have already paid for the number and showed a copy of the bill. He denied it, but he did a better search and found that we are already paid. He just said it was the software's fault, not his. I have been flying to Hamburg for almost 3 years and staying for a few days and booking a hotel. I have never had such a misunderstanding in other districts of Hamburg. Upon entering the room, everything was clean, but the bedding had an unpleasant smell..

GGuest UserОтель находится рядом озером. Есть где прогуляться заняться пробежкой. Вечером на озере с отличным видом можно поужинать. Сам отель удивил спокойным чистым но ером в дополнительно зданни с балконом во внутренний двор, но в номере нет ни холодильника ни столовых принадлежностей. Есть халаты и тапочки. В общем можно рекомендовать если район устраивает (15 минут пешком до главного ЖД вокзала).

GGuest UserUnfortunately, my booking was not available when I arrived, even though it had been booked about 4 days before arrival and confirmed by Trip.com.
Nevertheless, the friendly receptionist was able to solve the problem relatively quickly. But unfortunately I didn't get the room and/or upper floor I wanted!
Pretty chandeliers do justice to the hotel name!
The bathroom needs a bit of renovation...
Otherwise, everything was fine!

First of all, it's very cheaper than other accommodations.
I wanted a room which didn't need to be fancy but cheap and not a dormitory room and this hostel had the one.
the hostel is well located too, I could walk to Hamburg harbor.
The room was small and not soundproof but it fulfilled my needs.

YYONGThere is parking lot, service is OK, check out is 11 o'clock. Very unfriendly, not knocking the door without explaining the reason, unable to communicate in English, except the front desk. The facilities are very poor. The room is small and not as good as a small hotel in the country.
