It's a condo. The owner is a foreigner (Chinese).
cute maid Be the one who gives help and takes you up. Ready to contact with the room owner. The owner of the room is a little stuck. It's difficult to communicate. But responded very quickly.
Clean interior, complete with convenient supplies. And there is also attached how to use it.
We stayed in 2 rooms, including a master room. The air conditioner will not be very cool. There's a lot of dust in the air conditioner. Overall ok at a good level.
Convenient transportation. Behind there is Soi Kasetsin 9, there is a 7-11 for you, the main branch, and next to it there is a Korean shabu shop. Drive a little further and there is a famous restaurant in the nearby alley. Ready to go down to the beach at the lighthouse and next to Bali Hai Pier.

Good accommodation, beautiful view, close to the beach, the owner is a foreigner. Initial contact may be a little difficult. But I was not disappointed at all. I recommend it. Good accommodation, very good price. Complete facilities The swimming pool has a very good view.

Wonderful condo. Great view. Close to restaurants and other. But not a hotel. Very limited communication and service.
