I like the staff. I just hate how noisy it can be sometimes. Lots of noise this time around because there was a group of people for an event there and they were so loud early in the morning yelling and laughing for hours in the hallway. And the WiFi is terrible. If basically doesn’t exist. Netflix turns off and on and if you have to work forget it don’t bother.

I stayed at this hotel due to a family emergency in the city We were surprised by the fact that, besides being really close to the road, the room was really silent at night. I was with my husband and baby daughter, we were able to sleep comfortably all on the same bed. Breakfast was good and the employees were helpful at all times

Uma experiência horrível. Uma noite em claro com música alta , cheiro de cigarro no quarto, muito desagradável. Aconselho a QQ um que esteja lendo essa avaliação nunca se hospedar neste hotel. Uma experiência catastrofica. Espero nunca mais me hospedar lá.

Este hotel é excelente para eventos devido ao espaço. O atendimento é bom tanto na recepção como no restaurante. A comida também é apetitosa e bem feita. Os apartamentos também são espaçosos e confortáveis. As camas possuem ótimo padrão em relação a tamanho e conforto.

Positivo: Solicitei quarto silencioso e obtive. O quarto é confortável. O restaurante muito bom, tanto para café da manhã como para jantar. A reforma ficou muito boa. Para melhorar: O wi-fi é grátis, mas muito ruim. No Check-out havia uma fila com 7 clientes e somente 1 para atender, demorou. No check-in havia 3 pessoas e somente duas para serem atendidas, portanto rápido.

Estive no Fildi por uma semana para uma viagem de trabalho, e tive uma excelente recepção. Fiquei numa suíte com duas camas de solteiro bem largas, muito confortável e bem acabada, com pisos claros e mármore em quase todo o banheiro. O café da manhã é bastante completo, com uma variedade de opções que vão bem além do trivial de todo hotel. Além disso, conta com área externa para quem prefere comer ao ar livre. Para o jantar, há muitas opções de peixes, massas e carne vermelha. O menu é bem diversificado e com preço bem compatível ao que entrega. Com 50 reais comi um risoto de frutos do mar (que estava muito bom!) acompanhado de suco natural. O local também conta com piscina e academia, mas a academia é pequena e possui poucos equipamentos. Precisa melhorar. O acesso se dá pela rodovia, e 30 minutos de carro separam o aeroporto do hotel. Não há facilidade de transporte público ao redor, nem muito comércio no entorno. Somente uma pizzaria, um posto de gasolina e loja de conveniência. Também não é permitido consumir refeições e bebidas de fora na área comum do hotel. A atenção e cuidado do staff são invejáveis, todos os dias eu chegava do meu trabalho e a camareira ligava o ar condicionado para conforto do ambiente. Todos os recepcionistas com quem tive contato foram muito cordiais e educados.
