Pet Friendly Hotels in Changsha

Because of the heavy snow on the 22nd, we reserved the whole place on the 21st. It was really amazing. Every scene was amazing, mainly because the dogs were so well-behaved. Plus it was snowing, it was so atmospheric. If you come here in the summer, you can call a few friends or have a company meeting. Anyway, we will come again next time. Knowing it was my birthday, she specially decorated the place and sent champagne 🍾️. She was very enthusiastic. The auntie who cooked was also very nice. She heated up the food for us the next day for fear of waste. It was a warm and cozy stay!

The apartment come with 2 rooms, living hall, kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Located in the core business district of Wuyi Square, which is very convenient for travel. Sorrounding has many malls and resturants. The host is very nice and helpful. We bought many parcels online and come in different days, the host helped to contact delivery man to receive parcels for us. Recommend to stay here.

Some guests have mentioned that a high-speed rail station shuttle service can be provided (it's recommended to confirm this by phone in advance). * **Convenient and Efficient:** For travelers with large luggage, arriving late at night, or unfamiliar with the area around the station, this service solves the ”last mile” problem, offering an excellent experience. * **Saves Costs and Time:** It eliminates the need to queue for taxis or ride-shares and the time spent communicating destinations, which is especially advantageous in bad weather. * **Service Attitude:** Most drivers/shuttle staff are quite enthusiastic, proactively contacting guests to confirm their location, making the hotel check-in process smooth. ## Breakfast * The breakfast hours, from 7 AM to 10 AM, are very thoughtful, catering to both guests catching early high-speed trains (can eat by 7 AM) and those who want to sleep in (can still enjoy it before 10 AM). * **Local Specialties:** Offers characteristic noodles, snacks, and more, allowing guests to experience local flavors. * The dining environment is clean and tidy. * Service staff promptly clean and replenish food. ## Gym * Sufficient for a quick workout, clean environment, meets basic needs.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Exit 4 of Furong Square Metro Station. The facilities are relatively new, including a smart toilet. The hygiene is clean and tidy, and the front desk service is attentive and prompt. The breakfast is also quite rich. I didn't get a chance to enjoy the afternoon tea because I was out. Overall, it's good value for money and highly recommended!

The location is unbeatable, making it convenient to get everywhere, including Pozi Street, Taiping Street, and Guojin Street. It's perfect for a group of friends, as everyone can have their own room. The living room offers great views and has an automatic mahjong table, so even if you're tired from exploring, you can come back and relax together. You can store snacks and drinks in the fridge. For housekeeping, you can coordinate with the host for daily cleaning, and they're quick to replenish tissues and water. A very satisfying stay!

Facilities: New and well-equipped. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Very clean. Service: Excellent. The hotel is right by the subway exit, which is incredibly convenient and offers great value for money. I'm very satisfied. There's a supermarket downstairs, and they also provide tour routes. The bed is very comfortable, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The hotel breakfast is also delicious. Next time I'm in Changsha, I'll definitely stay here again.

Overall, this hotel is really good. The soundproofing is excellent, and the location is super convenient, right near Wuyi Square. There's a subway station nearby, making it easy to get anywhere. However, my only complaint is about the toilet. It's a smart toilet, and as soon as you sit down, it flushes. Then, after you're done, you have to flush several more times to finish the job. Personally, I find it quite unhygienic. The fact that it flushes right when you sit down means all that water splashes onto you, which is really unsanitary. Other than the toilet, everything else is great.

The service is attentive and thoughtful, and the facilities are comprehensive. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay and offered great value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Entrance and lift to the right tower was a little hard to find initially, especially for us who don't understand much Chinese and lift change to a different tower is required. Written instruction would've been useful. Room is ok, very low ceiling, nearly touched our head. Very cramped and not as spacious and nice as in photo. Lots of marks and scratches on the floor. Shower area is not clean, hair from previous stay still there. Our washing machine was broken. It couldn't be fixed in the 3 nights we stayed. The technician came on the second day and the floor was left dirty. We were offered to use the washing machine in a different unit, but with no dryer, it made it difficult. The electricity went out on our first morning and there was no power for about 3-4 hours. Then the evacuation building evacuation notice came on, twice that morning. We evacuated as that's the norm in our country. We're later told it's just a testing. It would've been nice if we were informed or there's some kind of communication on the floor. Very disruptive as we have young children. The evacuation drill happened again the next morning. We knew then to stay. The best thing about this apartment is the location. Close to all the hustle and bustle is Changsha, lots of eateries choices. On the negative side, we could hear thumping music and felt the vibration from nearby clubs until 3-4 in the morning.
