"Most instagram-able hotel in Ayutthaya, stayed here the 2nd time, rooms are always very clean and welcome drink was nice.
Staffs in the hotel general area including reception and security guards were all very nice, but restaurant staffs on the other hand were different (I didn't want to use this word but honestly they were a little rude, when they were serving the breakfast included), dinner time was okay.
Pool was cleaned by staffs early morning, pleasant to stay here again."

"The hotel is located outside Ayutthaya City, a half-hour walk from the Guifei Temple. To enter the city, you must take a tutu, the hotel provides a car service, 200B per hour. The facilities in the hotel are in place, there is a white-haired old lady, and the English is good. The food in the hotel is very delicious. "The room hygiene is still very good, because it was staying during the epidemic, specially wiped the table with disinfectant water, and the rag was clean. The large glass in the bathroom was also very clean. The door of the room has no anti-lock function, and there is no lock with the chain. A little bit unsteady in my heart. "Staying at Baan Canalee was a fantastic choice. The host and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Despite arriving later than expected, they were willing to provide recommendations for dinner and even helped us call a tuk-tuk. The house itself was spacious and clean, and having a smart TV with access to YouTube was definitely a plus. Additionally, the common area by the riverside was a lovely place to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring.
If I have the chance to visit Ayutthaya again, I would definitely choose to stay at Baan Canalee once more. Overall, it provided a comfortable and welcoming environment with excellent customer service and thoughtful touches that made our stay more enjoyable."

GGuest UserHad a very pleasant day at the four star Centara hotel in our UTA which was situated about 15 minutes from the center for us. That’s not a problem because we had a car for those without their own transport. They could consider taking a place perhaps closer to the historic Centre facilities were clean bright and modern rooms were spacious and well equipped and they had good sports facilities on the 19th and 20th floors. However the Trip.com website did advertise a sauna which was one of our priorities and when we arrived and asked for the sauna was we were told there was no sauna but it was a little bit of a disappointment otherwise the experience was very positive. Nice breakfast nice staff good clean modern facilities.

AallanWhat an amazing stay, I think the rating speaks for itself.
The people here are so warm and welcoming, they really try to connect with you, they will give you advices on your trip, and they always leave some food for you no matter the hour of the day.
Ayutthaya isn’t a big city so even if this hostel seems a bit far in reality it is very close from the center, you can reach it in 10 mins by walking or rent a bike at the hostel for 50bath/day and you’ll reach the best spots in 5 mins.
Everything is clean, conviennent and spacious.
It’s a 5/5 on every points, thank you again for your kindness, I hope to see you soon ! 😁

LLuis ManuelI really loved the room that we had, the kids even more so. My room had an attic that was turned into a room, so it was perfect for the kids. The bathroom was small, but we had no issue with it. The bed was extra soft, the way I like it. There was also a shared bathroom outside our room. On the second floor they had free snacks and cup noodles, as well toothbrushes, shavers, towels, ear plugs and such. The bad thing about this place is that it's right in front of a big road so it's pretty noisy during the night and morning, that is why they provide ear plugs for sleeping at night, so I really recommend grabbing some.
There are many nearby temples and ruins, so they offer bike rental for 50 baht for one for the whole day. I don't recommend this unless you have experience riding in the streets as it could be really dangerous due to the big road in front of the hotel.
There is also a 7-11 and Lotus convenience store a few blocks away with many local street food to eat from. But the best place to eat is near the hotel on the left corner of the street coming out from the hotel. It's a Michelin Guide Recommend restaurant named Khun Pranorm Chicken Noodle, and they have the best chicken sweet soup noodles I ever tried. All of their menu is really good and at a good price.

PpurplepolarbearHotel is close to the train station (10min by tuktuk) and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The Tolasap Night Market is only ten minutes' walk away. It's a great place to start your visit to Ayutthaya's temples. The hotel offers lots of activities and there's a breakfast for 120B. Rooms are clean and there's hot water with good water pressure. Lovely garden with swings!

NNanaInChinaMost important thing is the customer service! They are so lovely and helpful. I arrived early in the morning and they let me keep my stuff on a table and use the restrooms/terrace. Same when I had a late train when I left, they even told me to keep the towel in case I wanted to shower during the day.
The hotel is very nice, like an old school wooden house. It's sooo close to the station and to the boat service to cross the river. They also have a beautiful kitty.
Just let them know if you have a problem with steep stairs so they can give you a room on the first floor because going upstairs can be a little slippery and steep. Also let them know in advance (the day before) if you need to get your laundry done.
I got a room with a fan and shared bathroom and it was always clean and also not too hot in the room.
Bring a blindfold if you can't sleep easily with light because the curtains don't cover much the light, but hey! You're in a beautiful place, waking up early is okay 🤣😁 I would totally recommend this hotel and will go back if I pass through Ayutthaya again. Oh, and don't miss out on their sunset boat tour!

GGuest UserI like accommodations near the water. But if you look at the view from the top, you'll see a lot of the roof below. You have to come down to see the water view at the bottom. It's better. In the room, the WIFI signal didn't arrive, but the hotel said they were going to move the box. The next one should be better. Everything is good in the room. The big bed was comfortable.

AAnonymous UserTo put it bluntly, the impression of the place is ambiguous. In fact, it is a few wooden houses around the reservoir and across the road a few more. A small wooden reception. Where are the photos on trip com with the huge buildings and columns from? They don't exist or they are someone's virtual fantasy. The grounds are maintained the lodges are clean. Severely disappointed with a very poor and unpalatable breakfast. Smoothed out with good coffee in a coffee shop with a veranda on the territory. There was a loy kratong holiday and we decided to go kratong on the river. The hotel employee offered to take us on a tuk tuk, we agreed. But he came not himself but his acquaintance and offered to do it 4 times more expensive than a normal cab from Bolt. Apparently we had to share with the employee. And all this next to our car. All this was quite stupid and left a bad impression of the hotel staff. By the totality of qualities and emotions from the visit to no one do not recommend anyone to visit here. You can see that the owner is trying and some employees spoil everything with incorrect behavior and petty deception.
