The hotel was nice. The smell of the sewer was quite strong, even in the room. Location was good. Guest service was great.

It's a good hotel with good location.
It's also suitable for families as they have swimming pools for the kids

We really enjoyed our stay at the Nature. It’s a beautiful hotel, with lovely staff and great breakfast. We liked being a short distance from the hustle and bustle of Phuket nightlife, but the shuttle service made it possible to go to Phuket whenever we wanted to. The hotel is surrounded by nature and really beautiful. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very clean and the location is great and comparing to the price. It is worth to book in this hotel. The staff are very friendly and the pool is really great and big.

The room was nice and worthy of its price.
It takes a long time for them to deliver what you ask for. So ask earlier.
There were only 4 time-slots for shuttle bus, which is such a miss. So if you want to enjoy Padong fully, this isnt very ideal.
There was this pair of mommy and baby cats in the hotel. The kitten has its eyes hurt :(. Not sure if they are being fed so if you guys go, buy them some food.

Modern and clean. Nice pool and sea view. Bad location if you wanna go to Patong Beach

The service of the hotel is quite poor. Suppose I am the guest of the hotel, I should able to park and unload my luggage into the entrance of the hotel. The security of the hotel stopped us 2 times when we parked our car there. Very unpleasant experience.

Staffs are friendly . My son likes the fun pool alot . Room with jacuzzi is great . Breakfast spread is nice . Hotel is great especially one of the buggy staff , dint manage to ask for his name but he is most friendly and funny .
Just one issue for room : ants can be seen crawling everywhere. Even no food around . We still have to throw containers of food at level one to prevent more ants to room .
I extended one more day and Counter staff did not inform that we have to go to counter to renew the check in card . We only realized after we tried tapping card to room after a long day . We have to then walk back to check in counter to enquire . And the staff didn’t explain what happen til I ask . Staff did not apologize too .

One of the best hotels I've stayed so far. The room was spacious and the interior design was also great. (We stayed in the Grand Suite with 2 king beds)
When my family got into the room at first, we were terrified by the ants climbing on the wall in a row. However, we got released soon because the staff came quickly and got rid of the ants using pesticides. Since then, we never saw the ants' marching before we leave the hotel after the 5-days' happy stay.
All the staffs are amazingly kind and nice. Especially the staffs working on the lobby speak English well, so we had no problem in communication. Whenever we went out for an activity or shopping, the housekeepers kept cleaning our room, and that made feel happy when we got back from outside. The fitness center was also clean and the machines were quite good contrast to any other hotels. Pools are amazing, too. There are 3 types of pool in the hotel. From the baby to the grandparents, all the ages can enjoy in the fun, beautiful, and cozy pools.
You can use the shuttle when you want to go to the Patong beach which is known as a hot place in Phuket.
Clean bathroom, high water quality, astonishingly wonderful breakfast, perfect air-conditioning and cooling system, closeness to the town and beach, easy access to the street foods and 7 eleven, high-qualified smart TV in each room, well equipped kits in the bathrooms, and so on...everything was great great and super great.
I want to visit Phuket again with my mom and sister to stay in The Nature~♡ 😍
