I would give zero stars if I could. So unprofessional; they know nothing about hospitality and customer service. I didn’t stay with them because apparently they had issues with their booking system and made double bookings, so they had to cancel my reservation. I checked in Booking and saw they actually had availability for ny dates in a deluxe room, so I told them and their reply was: “The type of room chosen on this booking is not available, you may modify the booking for a different type of room”. I mean, if you are the one who made a mistake that affects your customer, you should put your customer on any room, even if it’s an upgrade to fix your own mistake! That’s what any professional hotel would do. Don’t stay here, they won’t care about you.
