We stayed at the hotel for professional reasons and for guarantees with a particular company. On the third day we asked for an extension of the reservation for two more days, which was accepted, but we were informed that we would change a room which was to be prepared later. With my bag, I left for the professional duty, returned late at night and informed the hotel that there was no reservation and the hotel was full!!! I had to look for a new hotel at 12:00 p.m. When I arrived at the new hotel, I found out that I had forgotten my cosmetic bag at the athlete hotel. The next day I called to get it and got the answer that they had nothing to find, and I asked them to contact the sanitary and call me, something they didn't do. In my second call they insisted that he had forgotten something and they showed great dissatisfaction with my persistence. This is a nice hotel, solely because of a position, which is degraded by the unacceptable and rude behaviour of the staff.

During our long stay at Hotel Panorama, we experienced exceptionally kind staff and it felt like a family. The views are incredible over the whole city of Thessaloniki. Housekeeping staff made sure the room was cleaned superbly everyday. Breakfast was delicious with a huge variety on offer. The location is quiet and safe and there is easy parking. There is also a beautiful forest walk behind the hotel. There are beautiful drives to explore all around the hotel plus excellent restaurants close by. The hotel is dog friendly so that made everything even more perfect. We appreciated your attention to detail in everything. Very good Covid safety details in place. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will be back!

The room had an unsafe door handle which could have easily been opened without a key card. Staff said this was normal. We did take photos of this as we were shocked this was classed as normal. We stayed in many places during our stay in Greece and loved how friendly it was and had no hotel issues at all. Shower and facilities in this hotel were passable.The hotel had put a blue rope next to the pool but no official signage to say it was closed. It was a calm, sunny afternoon and the swimming pool was closed due to apparent adverse weather conditions leaving many families and children disappointed as this was the only reason they had booked the hotel. We booked a standard double room with balcony which we got. Our view was awful as it overlooked a motorway and car hire company but we did get what was advertised and did not complain about this. Not the hotels fault but the area was plagued with mosquitos and lots of children were savaged by this (you could see them everywhere). The breakfast provided had a good range of different food options and was quite nice. Other good points about this hotel were that the some staff were friendly and the free shuttle out of the place was easy with a friendly driver. If you have an early flight this hotel would be ok but you should arrive late in the evening to not be disappointed,

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, especially from the owner who refused to give us his name, very rude and sarcastic too. They left our family with two young kids of 2 and 4 year old waiting at the airport for OVER AN HOUR. When we booked we stated the time we will be needing a pick up, and on arrival after we collected our belongings we called the place just to be told 30’ delay. After three phone calls and an 90 min WAITING ON THE ROAD with very tired kids we got picked up AT 1AM there was ONLY ONE STAFF for shuttle bus and reception, the owner was just hiding from any responsibility, the place was REVOLTING 🤢 breakfast NOT FRESH and a lady was using her hands to load the cold buffet. HYGIENE DOESNT EXIST. The whole place was covered in filth, and if it wasn’t emergency ,WE would had rather spend the night at the airport ! STAY AWAY FROM THAT SCUM !
