The location is great if you are looking to be by the beach, but if you are happy to be disrespected on your account and spoken to cynically and in derogatory ways, then by all means do book. The staff were rude at lunch bar when asked to repeat what was the menu of the day. Similarly for dinner when we were looking to take a seat by the window , we were told you have to book in advance, when we were not informed at reception checking in. The staff were not friendly at all, some we saw during dinner mocking elderly german couples who did not hear well and were imitating them.They would not know what decent customer service and manners is if it hit them in their face. Appaling behaviours. The room smelled of cigarettes, the air conditioning ventilator was giving foul smells. Throughout the night we could hear all the snoring from other rooms through the airvents. The breakfast layout was more like a 2 star hotel service with box juice, defrosted products, and some expired yoghurts. If you are vegetarian, you will be eating fruits and 2 days old croissants everyday. Their way of providing a 4 star service is shocking, with staff ignorant, lack of manners, rolling their eyes when interacting with guests and dont care about being accomodating with guests etc. And it all makes sense when you try to discuss the issues with the hotel manager Sara Sanna, who couldnt be more hostile, appaling, disrespectful and rude, letting me know I cant tell the difference between a bar and a restaurant. Yep, thats the customer service and value for my money I was being given. One word, shocking. Save your coins and go anywhere but here folks. The management clearly does not care enough to replace these awfull staff and manager, it seems like a tradition of old age Italy.
