The hotel has a pleasant style outside and at the reception, the service was good, however, not everything is flowers. It is unconceivable that a hotel in this door has rooms with a fan (in this case it was my error not to see this in the room choice). I had to turn off the shower, fearing that the water would go to the bathroom.Another disappointment was the very soft bed, considering my column requires a stronger bed. Other guests may consider it appropriate!!! . I hope you helped.

The room was not exactly like the photo, but it was not stuck, because it was very comfortable and had everything we needed, and we had a problem with insects that was quickly solved by the reception. Room service works perfectly and was a very high point in the stay, since most hotels no longer offer this service. The breakfast is extremely complete with a variety of bread, cakes, cold, salt, sweets, fruit and juices, we are positively surprised by the quality of everything we eat. We live a great moment in this hotel and we will certainly indicate to everyone!

The hotel is good, pleasant rooms, well organized, only the control of the mini bar costs in the rooms that should be more controlled, in the check-out charged me 2 waters that I didn't consume, I think there should be a more specific control of that

The hotel is excellent! We were hosted, my husband and I, my mother and my father and it was excellent! Great rooms with TV, fridge, air conditioning, huge and very comfortable bed, still has a folder, but I believe it will soon be replaced. The bathroom has a very good shower, but it has no toilet, there are bidets in the bathrooms, but I don't see them as very hygienic, so we don't use it. In the area of leisure, it offers swimming pool, sauna, muscle room, toy room for children, etc. Breakfast is also excellent with a wide variety and everything is very tasty! We recommend and we would surely return!
