The room was nice, lots of space in the junior suite with a large bathroom. We had the pool to ourselves each time we used it but I'm not sure how full the hotel was when we there so couldn't say whether this was normal or not. There are certainly some improvements that can be made which would have made the stay more enjoyable and comfortable. Firstly, reception staff could be more friendly and professional. Secondly, the breakfast buffet needs a little more variety and the hot food needs to be hotter. Nobody wants cold scrambled eggs. Lastly, and this was our main gripe, the room was too hot. It was 26 C minimum which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. The aircon didn't work and after a call to reception we were told it was switched off due to it being off season. This would have been fine if we could open the windows in the room (like we did at other hotels on our trip) but you can't. There was no way to cool it down to a more comfortable level. In summary, it's a nice hotel that needs some improvements making. I wouldn't say it was a 5 star hotel but it could be.

During my Bulgaria tour I was allowed to go down here. After the hotel on the sun beach a wellness. The hotel is very central. The Mother Gods Cathedral, the Railway Station and the centre of the stand are at least 10 minutes walking distance. The room is large and modernly furnished. The staff is friendly, nice and very fast when you need help. Breakfast was a pleasure. Absolutely recommendable.

The International Hotel ****** is highly recommended. I spent 6 days by myself in a room with a park view and had an amazing stay. The hotel is very clean, well-managed and well-located next to the beach. The staff is very friendly. Regardless to your passion to ******, you'll find the hotel well-suited for your vacation. The infinity pool is gorgeous and gym is well-equipped. I literally have no complaints.
