The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The staff were accommodating. The construction was very loud and messy. Trying to find the elevator was difficult especially with a wheelchair.

The only bad part is construction was going on inside the hotel but other than that it was pretty good and clean! Very happy with the day time lady she was very responsive and respectful and just a great person!!

They were under construction, breakfast that was supposed to be included was closed, the elevator was barely working.

The young man that checked us in was so nice. We had an issue with one of the rooms and he was able to take care of it with a smile.

This property is about to undergo a major renovation. It is good for now. Don't know how it will be during the reno.
Many dated things will be upgraded at that time.

It was ok, however we did not know until after we booked that they are doing renovations & they were accommodating Virginia State Homecoming customers.

When I booked they did say there would be construction during the day. I appreciated the advance notice. The shower definitely needs and update and a better cleaning. I liked everything else about the property.

Understand that the hotel is undergoing renovations but my room was not clean very well. I have stayed at this hotel several times and this was my first experience with a dirty room.
