酒店服務特別好，我們到酒店已經晚10點多了，前台服務人員知道我們明天一早就要去天柱山，不僅幫我們交排了方便出行的停車位還耐心的給我們介紹了遊玩天柱山的路線！更可貴的是酒店的拾金不昧，由於早上走的匆忙到了景區才發現錢包不見了，聯繫酒店,老闆親自去房間給我們找尋，5分鐘後電話告知錢包找到了並和我核對了裏面的相關物品，讓我放心的玩，下山再到酒店來拿！酒店的服務真的沒話説，下次和朋友來玩還會選擇這家酒店！

酒店房間空間很大，老闆也很熱情，房間裏面有空調，製冷效果很不錯，但是房間裏面有蚊子，裏面配備了電蚊香，最主要的問題就是房間裏面有股黴味，睡覺很難受，希望改進下，整理來説性價比很不錯

酒店位置好找，前台服務態度很好。衞生間還行，乾濕分離。
房間偏小，在這個價位裏面不説電梯還在建，房間裏沒有贈水有點離譜。窗外就是大馬路，對面還有建築工地，時不時過一輛大車真的很吵。吵的另一點原因是窗户關不上，關窗的把手是壞的，推出去根本拉不回來。不知道是因為裝修還是房間幾天沒住人，水龍頭左右冷熱兩邊前10s水都是黃色的。桌子比較臟。。擦了很久還有灰。
