第二次來青島啦，喜歡這次訂的房間。小院很舒服，房間裝修風格很喜歡。去周圍景點都挺方便的，大部分都可以步行。下次有機會再來🙋

説實話，五百五十多的價格性價比並不高。先説滿意的，首先位置是好的，就在網紅牆。離地鐵也很近。我過去的時候，前一個房客還沒退房，民宿沒有前台，因為有筆記本所以不太放心把行李放到二樓的樓道。民宿老闆讓我把行李放到中山路他們經營的麪館暫存。那個麪館的服務人員挺熱情的，也很熱心，這個好評。
不太滿意的是，被褥有潮味可以理解，這個季節，離海邊也近。但是，我這個經常出差的，一進門看到被子就知道，這個卧具絕不是一客一換。被子皺巴的平鋪，把被子掀開，果然，床單你不換你好歹給扒拉平整。連扒拉平整都沒有啊。還好我是習慣自己出差都帶床單枕套的。
民宿位置在二樓，如果衹有女生單獨住，如果還拎着大行李箱上下樓真的就很費勁（我高估了我自己的力氣）。
窗簾好像是深紫色？？？這個窗簾在燈光的照射下，説實話，有點忐忑（衹是個人覺得）。隔音不太好。隔壁説話，樓下打麻將聽的很清楚。
小院子挺好。
住這裏主要是想體驗一下青島的老房子。

房間過於昏暗，燈具損壞，無法正常看書，用品品質差，如紙簍，垃圾袋單薄必須用手重新整理才能使用，其他還好，交通便利，環境原生態（幽靜），離海邊不遠

房間還是挺有感覺的，特別是白天的時候陽光從窗子照進來很好看，位置也很便利，下面就是網紅牆，要拍照的話還是要早點去，很多人。
不好的地方就是衞生間洗澡的地方很小，下水非常慢，晚上房間燈光很昏暗。

🙋[對於房東，我想説]房東人很好，回覆也很及時，入住訊息給得很全很到位。
📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]網紅牆拐彎就是，離大學路一個路口，距地鐵站也不遠，市中心景點基本可以短時間全覆蓋。
🛏[房屋設施我一定要提]房間不大但設施應有盡有，房東提醒也很到位。

周邊交通方便，公交車地鐵都很近，後面就是青島打卡地，離景點也非常近，唯一就是洗澡的地方有點小，老闆超級好，推薦指數五顆星

優點：位置算比較好，去棧橋步行十分鐘，附近有幾家飯店有早餐店超市，離人民會堂地鐵站步行五分鐘距離；房子收拾的還算乾淨。
缺點：房子很小；老房子很潮一股黴味，廁所很小，洗澡難免有水在地上，幾天都幹不了
