公寓很乾凈，衞生設施齊全，窗外就能看見美景，民宿大姐很熱情，照顧周全。床很舒服，出去遊玩很方便，三分鐘到達金沙灘！下次還來！

乾淨清爽的民宿，老闆人非常熱情，發了很多攻略給我。熱情介紹附近好吃好玩的，樓下就是美食街和超市，價格也親民。推窗就可以看到大海我們在青島西下的高鐵，過來路程雖然遠點，但是公交比較方便，不用走路，樓下就是車站。剛好可以沿途欣賞一下青島的美景。

房間挺乾淨的，房東挺熱情的，連入住都是全程自助，該有的都有，廚房衞生間裏一應俱全，感覺像是回到到家一樣， 100多還能看海景，性價比槓槓的

住了很多年民宿，這家是最乾淨的，拉開窗簾就能看到大海，整個房子內部光線特別好，但你不用擔心會熱，是一次特別棒的出差住宿體驗！

房間寬敞明亮，環境優雅，非常乾淨，光着腳踩不出一點沙子，樓前就是180度海景，一點遮擋都沒有，這是我住過最漂亮房子！馬姐服務非常熱情❤，給介紹吃飯及遊玩的地方，讓我少走彎路，感謝🙏，另外樓下就是商業一條美食街，飯店海貨超市，中國旅行社，大葯房……全部開業，幹什麼都方便，樓前就是公交站牌，幾分鐘一趟車，附近滴滴打車3分鐘就是地鐵站，距離國際啤酒節主會場步行15分鐘，公交3分鐘2站就到，非常方便，下次帶上爺爺奶奶，父母也來玩，美美噠[握手]

衞生：和家一樣舒適，很乾凈
環境：位置非常好，房間裏可以直接看到海邊，步行到海邊5分鐘
服務：馬大姐人很熱情，推薦的早餐店也好吃
設施：組內設定很齊，有廚具，樓下就可以買到海鮮自己做也很好

環境比較好躺在沙發上就能看到海，房東大姐也比較實誠，給我們免費升級了套房，時間允許建議過了暑假再來，人比較少房間好訂
