房間空氣清新，挺乾淨的，冷熱水方便，快餐食物和飲用水備的挺全！床椅沙發桌案設備也挺齊全，兩張床一家四口睡沒問題！陽台海景夜景挺好，最最滿意的是真的靠海很近，走一會兒就到海邊，兩兒子玩海玩瘋了，挖沙堡，踏海浪，撿貝殼，玩飄浮，練泳姿，樂趣無限！總之，物超所值，下次還來！

住的地方離海邊很近，走路到海水浴場大概10分鐘左右，適合去游泳看日出。環境也很好，房間很乾凈，在房間裏就能看到海。

位置離海邊很近，步行約8分鐘，這算是最大的優點。房間寬敞明亮，沒有侷促感，總體來説性價比蠻高，推薦給十分喜愛海邊遊玩的朋友。
至於缺點，首先小區裏的人非常非常少，夜裡行走稍顯恐怖不説，關鍵在於沒有超市 沒有葯店，所有的生活設施都在一公里以外，很不方便，比較熱門的地方比如利羣夜市和濠窪夜市都需要開車半小時以上，想要去城市陽台以外的其他景點就得做好坐公交一小時的準備，地鐵站距離稍遠。其次是衞生死角蠻多，冰箱裏有爛長毛的葡萄，櫃子裏有大片的水果蔬菜腐爛後的褐色汁液幹掉的痕跡。
最讓人印象深刻的是床單被罩的更換問題，店家説一週或者三四天一換，並且需要提前預約。我們房間9.16更換了床單，9.17因為遊玩後有沙子，詢問可不可以提前換一下，店家答覆床單不夠 被罩不夠 保潔沒時間，我們表示理解 沒有再要求。9.19續住後我們再次詢問可不可以更換床單，此時距離上次更換已經過去三天。結果店家直接回復讓我“不要天天發消息換床單”，我氣不過這種態度，於是回答是因為第一次詢問沒給換，所以才問了第二次，更何況也過了三天了，店家回覆“不是説了給你換 又不是不給你換”。從始至終不知道店家在高傲些什麼，問了不給換，再問就變成我們在吹毛求疵，和她講道理吧，店家又一副“你們怎麼這麼多事”的樣子，體驗很差。

小區環境高大上，可免費停在小區外面治安很好，房內乾淨整潔，距離海邊非常近，由於我們到的是晚上沒有到海邊玩，但能看到打着手電趕海的人星星點點，床很大，適合帶孩子住
