Qingyuan Hotels with Wi-Fi

Our stay at the Sheraton Lion Lake Hotel can be summarised in one word, disappointing. I believe this was/has the potential to be a lovely hotel to visit. The hotel and its grounds are massive, however, most areas are closed and there is a general feeling of abandonment. Fountains and water features are empty, shops closed, grass is overgrown and facilities a little dated and tired. The indoor pool and one of the restaurants were closed and the outdoor pool was not very clean. What it did have was excellent customer service, the Moroccan theme was very cool and the rooms overlooking the lake were clean and had a lovely balcony. Overall, not worth the money. If you are looking for a base to sight-see Qingyuan, there are much cheaper hotels around and if you are wanting to enjoy a staycation this will be a disappointment.

Service here is good and the staffs are very attentive; the facilities, especially the hot spring area is good quality, great atmosphere in around the hotel and it’s exactly why I like the New world hotel brand. It’s a form of art. Some disappointment though as we were expecting a relaxing atmosphere during our stay, there’s actually a wedding function at the restaurant which makes it quite noisy through out our dinner.

Mayland is a lovely resort. Their staff are very kind and helpful. 雷欣（Suet Yan) was particularly helpful. We couldn’t sort our app to get a car and she helped us. The changing rooms for the resort pool needs a refresh. Even just changing some of the curtains and better lighting will make the place look better. Lots of hot springs to pick from. Nice indoor pool. Need to swim with a swim cap though. Outdoor pool in the photos is actually not accessible by guest. Chinese restaurant was delicious. Buffet was acceptable for 178¥

Then he said that it was originally a gift, what a mess of service, and it was still five stars. The service of the hotel is so troublesome for guests with such small things. Originally, a family of young and old came from Guangzhou to Qingyuan to help your hotel during the Chinese New Year holiday. They were attracted by your so-called five-star brand. The environmental sanitation and service were quite satisfactory before. , I came here happily, especially Ms. Xie at the front desk of the hotel, the room cleaning lady and other services are very good. The service attitude is good, which makes people feel more happy about staying in the hotel. I also left a message of praise for the room. I hope the hotel will become better and better. The better, Qingyuan is getting better and better. I really didn't expect that the last afternoon tea service was so sorry to the guests. The waitress's behavior not only harmed the guests' consumption interests, but also damaged the original good image of your international hotel, and also damaged the entire Qingyuan tourism. Culture, hotel culture, cultural tourism image, the good impression I had on Qingyuan International Hotel, as soon as it passed through your hands and was given by you, has been wiped out by you and I don’t know where to go. It’s disgusting. At that time, I didn't argue with her so as not to disturb other family members and other guests. Otherwise, I would immediately complain to her on the spot. At that time, I tolerated this for the time being. In a word, if you don't apologize to the guest, you won't give the guest one back. Satisfactory reply, I will not stay at Qingyuan International Hotel again in the future. I don’t believe that the hotel allows such unqualified service staff to continue doing things that harm the interests of guests and the image of the hotel without accepting punishment or correction.

As soon as I entered the door, I was warmed by this towel-folded dog in the room🐶 The child likes it very much. There is a sweet smell of mountains and forests in the air. The room is so quiet that you can hear your heartbeat with the door closed. You can really sleep in seconds. Compared with the so-called mountain group meals outside (that is, the three outside the gate), the northern Guangdong dishes in the restaurant center in the hotel are too authentic, and the mushrooms alone are several grades higher than those of the restaurants outside. It is strongly recommended to have Chinese food in the hotel, and the price is no different from the small villa outside the door. The included sports center ball games are also very good, and the badminton court is also great. Seeing the staff wearing the thick coats of Evergrande Football School, there is an inexplicable intimacy. The temperature of the outdoor hot spring at night is suitable, the water temperature is about 42 ℃. It is a shopping mall or a connection (square commodity area), but the 4th floor is a place for delicious food, and it is a good place for those who like shopping and food. The front desk staff in the hotel lobby is also kind and friendly, especially when I met a (citizen) who can speak Chaoshan dialect. It is a direct and convenient communication without speaking Mandarin. Thanks fellow... The room is clean and tidy, and the view by the lake is really beautiful. The lights are dim and the lake is dim, and the colorful flickering tea color is fragrant. ​ Looking at the endless beauty through the window, the foreign land cares for the Nursing School.

The hotel room is spacious, comfortable and bright, the air conditioning is very powerful, clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, the transportation is convenient, and you can park for free, which is convenient and fast. In addition, the check-in at the front desk is fast, the service is attentive and considerate, and the room has a view of golf and lake , the scenery is attractive. The breakfast buffet is rich and varied. The family and children are very happy. Overall good, recommended [strong]

The location of the hotel is surrounded by construction projects so there can be some noise, although it didn’t bother me much. The breakfast choices were just ok and it took a while for food to be replenished if there wasn’t anymore left. The room was clean and tidy when I first arrived and the service is helpful. It was a satisfactory stay.

I was awakened by bats at five o'clock in the morning. The sound was very loud and thought it was a mouse.
