"The hotel is not far from the West City Gate, and it is easy to find with its imposing facade. The hotel is large, well-equipped, and has its own parking lot. YYuyuyujiejieThe service is good and the decoration is unique. We came in the off-season. There were few people and I felt like I had the whole manor to myself. It was very chill. I recommend everyone to come here. It is also convenient to take a taxi. But there is nothing to eat nearby. It may also be the off-season.

GGuest UserBooked two days from Ctrip.com. When we checked in at less than five in the afternoon, the elevator was under maintenance. We climbed the stairs to the fourth floor. We thought the environment was OK, the sanitary conditions were OK, and the facilities were relatively new, so we didn't mind staying there. Then we went out with the children and went back at about 9:40 in the evening. Because we were tired after running outside all day, we were ready to wash and rest. As a result, the water flowing out of the faucet was red and yellow, mixed with mud. I called the front desk twice before a young man came and said he would deal with it immediately. I kept draining the water from the room, but the water quality didn't change. I called the front desk again and they replied that they would change our room to the front floor. After that, no one paid attention to us anymore. I felt that the service of this hotel was average, the breakfast was average, and there were not many varieties. In short, I felt that it was not worth the high price. The first picture attached is the water quality at the beginning, and the next one is half an hour after draining the water.

Environment: It is very close to the ancient town. It is convenient to go to the surrounding area for dinner and breakfast. There are fried rice, noodles, spicy hot pot, night market, KFC, and bakery.
Take a taxi (choose a ride) to Jiaoshan Great Wall, which is about 11 yuan for about 5 kilometers. It is difficult to take a taxi without adding a fare on the return trip, so we walked back.
Going to Lao Ma Tou is in the opposite direction of Jiaoshan Great Wall, so this hotel is probably between these two attractions.
Service: very good.

GGuest UserWe stayed at this hotel in early June. The building where we lived was quiet, clean and cozy. Cleaning every day, change of bed linen, towels, every day, also slippers and toiletries were renewed every day. Every day they brought bottled water, tea, coffee bags and a complimentary plate of fresh fruit. A very large selection of dishes for breakfast, Chinese and European cuisine, sweets, ice cream, pastries, coffee, a lot of everything, we did not try everything in 5 days)). The location of the hotel is not in the tourist part of the city, so there is nothing special to see within walking distance. To the central shopping streets by taxi 10-15 minutes, the cost from 13 yuan. Nearby there are small cafes, a supermarket, a beach across the road, but the locals do not swim in the sea here, since the port is nearby. The hotel has a nearby thermal springs center (a small water park), but you had to pay an extra 30 yuan per person for entry, since the price of our room did not include a visit to this center. Overall, I liked the hotel, I can recommend it ))

FFelix MakOgandoWe very much enjoyed our stay . Staff were very welcoming, kind and helpful. Very convenient location, a stone throw away from the beach. A mall is about 10 minutes away in a taxi.
The only aspect we feel needs to improve is the breakfast. The menu was always the same which made a longer stay experience a bit boring, not always looking forward to dining. Perhaps changing a few items in the menu every morning will make that exceptional experience. Otherwise, an amazing hotel-keep it up!

Looking at the sea in the room makes you feel comfortable and has a wide view.
Xiaomei at the front desk is warm and attentive. The service is thoughtful and patient.
I will stay in this hotel next time.

YYumendelierenWhen checking in, all the staff at the front desk (at least four) were not very kind, not enthusiastic at all, mechanical, and it was obvious that there was a lack of training and disorderly. During the processing process, I asked me to pay a 200 deposit. I said that the food bar in the room was charged. I was afraid that the guests would not pay for it. I decisively refused and clearly told me that I would not eat. The staff at the front desk immediately changed their faces from mechanical processing to ignoring... I just made do with it for one night. What to say, I found out that the room next door was a wedding room. It would be very noisy early the next morning. In order to rest well, I asked for a room change. A staff member who changed the room for me made me feel like a spring breeze. It should be a deputy manager at the front desk (this kind of hotel position can't be so detailed, I have the impression that the badge shows this position), and I didn't have time to ask the name. Not only did I actively solve the problem, but also gave me two breakfasts, and the attitude was very good. To be honest, if it weren't for this staff, I wouldn't have five-star praise. I hope the hotel can praise this staff well.

But the hotel has very little understanding of privacy of their guests. A hotel personal entered our room without an invite while I was dressing up, another hotel worker took our picture without asking, front desk manager keeps all foreigner passport pictures in her personal phone. Should not hotel provide working phone to its personnels if it’s required to keep personal information from guests on phones?k
Also hotel price does not match the service they are providing. The hotel room surfaces was in dust, and they do not clean after each visitor, we found pair of shoes from previous visitors.

There are people singing on the beach at night. In the morning, turn left and walk for 10 minutes to watch the sunrise.
