A beautiful colloquial hotel that was once the British embassy. The room was small but tidy and had all the required amenities available. The hotel is in a great, safe and quiet location and has 24 hour security. Thank you to Maria who made us feel very welcome with a beautiful drink on arrival. She was always there during our stay when we needed anything. This hotel is a little gem that we rate very highly.

A very pleasant stay in a well situated hotel. I was on an intrepid tour and interior chose the hotel so that’s always clear evidence of the hotels quality. The breakfast was simple but enough, close to a metro and to an artisan market. Lovely flowers each day and a lovely central courtyard

I'd absolutely recommend this hotel for your stay in Quito. It's clean, homely with fabulously comfortable beds. Friendly, welcoming staff, Alison and Monica who go out of their way to help. They even arranged for our pick up at 4am from the airport. The breakfast is good and the hotel very safe and in an excellent location. I would return here.

Clean and welcoming beautiful hotel with the best beds ever! Lovely friendly helpful staff, met us at 4am to let us in and always someone around to help. Lovely food and on tap hot and cold filtered water 24/7. Monica and Alison went out of their way to help make our stay the very best, happy, safe stay, thank you. Will definitely be recommending this hotel and hopefully be back.

Wonderful little boutique hotel, that once was the British Embassy in Quito Has everything you need. Very comfortable. Close to the city. Lots of charm. Very attentive service by the managers. Loved all of the fresh roses in vases. Very pretty.

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. An old colonial type building that is close to the metro and transport links. Ideally placed close to local amenities and restaurants. A very pleasant stay.

The hotel is lovely. The staff are excellent. The staff are able to converse in English and are very obliging and helpful. The hotel is a short taxi ride from the old city of Quito and there are casual eating places in walking distance. We have really enjoyed our stay here

Great friendly family run hotel. Very helpful staff. Initially we has an upstairs room which was a little noisy but later moved to a garden room, which was lovely and quiet. Comfortable bed and very clean. Recommend room 3! Good breakfast too, with fruit, eggs, toast and juice, as well as tea and coffee. We would definitely stay here again as the location was good, very close to the new metro, which made old town accessible for 45c!
