If you are tired, it is comfortable to have dinner in hotels but it is to improve the restaurant offer that seems more focused in meeting the needs of groups or commits than individual customers. Absolutely top notch. My husband and I first came to Ragusa 12 years ago. Much has changed but thankfully much has stayed the same in the town. We were happy to discover Itria Palace when we were planning our itinerary. We stayed in a family room that consisted of two rooms, three beds and two showers. The room was accessible by stairs or lift. It was quiet, clean, super comfortable bed and pillows with very cold air conditioning. Breakfast in the morning was delightful featuring plenty of the usual Italian standards but also included local offerings which were delicious. A member of staff was on hand to prepare caffe and cappuccino for guests. We will absolutely return!

Ample breakfast, peripheral location, quiet but not very comfortable and strategic. Check-in via WhatsApp because there was no one in reception (on mid morning) with cards withdrawal and keys in an autonomous way (in a ”cassette” available to everyone). The room has not been set up over the last 2 days (on 4 nights) (we have stayed without bathroom towels and toilet paper), with various absurd justifications by the employee. 7 days on 7 unexisting (I left a message in the phone secretary but did not have a answer). Wi-Fi was not going but it was not my priority ... Very hot room (I had to leave the condition on 24/24h). Peccato! A advice to the manager of this Residence: a quality STAFF is a very important thing.

We recently spent 10 days at Modica Palace Hotel. Everyone from the front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and restaurant staff were wonderful. All were friendly and helpful. The pool area is very nice and peaceful. We booked a superior room which was quiet and comfortable. We'd definitely consider staying here again should we find ourselves in Modica. Notes: The shuttle is no longer available. You definitely need a car or you'll be booking taxis. Breakfast was very good. The restaurant didn't appear to be open for dinner or was only open for groups so we never tried to eat there. Some of the pool furniture was in need of repair or replacement. It is the end of the season.. All in all it was a very good experience.

We have only good words for this accommodation, without any doubt the best of all we have been in Sicilia. Vincenzo wrote to us before our arrival to give us all the instructions, recommending a place to park free, near the accommodation. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.
