"The staff are quite pleasant, the pool is average with a bar on the outside of it. I thought the buffet breakfast was very average for the 350 baht fee. They also have a cafe that serves meals which is quite nice, but you can't get room service till after 11:30 normally. It's not a guest friendly hotel so after the first guest you have there, you will be charged an additional 500 baht per night for further guests. The wifi is very quick but the air-conditioning was quite noisy.Overall I'd give it a 6/10."

"We recently spent a wonderful few days at Kalima Resort and had an exceptionally pleasant experience. The service truly stands out. We were able to check in around 1 PM, even though the official check-in time was 3 PM, which was a very welcome relief after our journey. All the hotel staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. You can feel the high level of service and a genuine desire to make guests' stays comfortable. The breakfasts here are simply magnificent – some of the best we've had in Thailand. There's a huge selection of dishes to suit every taste: a variety of pastries, a chocolate fountain, Nutella and peanut butter, several types of meat, fish, sushi rolls, chicken shawarma, and much more. Everything is beautifully presented, and the dishes are constantly replenished; nothing runs out, even closer to the end of breakfast service. We stayed in a sea-view room, and this view was the highlight of our stay at the hotel. The panorama is so breathtaking that it feels like you're on an observation deck with a nearly 240-degree view. The glass balconies and floor-to-ceiling panoramic doors allow you to enjoy the sea even without leaving your room. The room itself is very cozy and pleasant, and the hotel grounds are well-maintained, green, and very photogenic. The pool is nice and comfortable, although the stunning views remained the main draw of the hotel for us. The location is also good: if you're traveling by scooter or car, you can reach Patong in just a few minutes. Walking isn't very convenient, but this wasn't a drawback for us. Kalima Resort left us with very fond memories. It's a place we'd love to return to for the amazing views, excellent service, and truly luxurious breakfasts."

"This place is nice and spacious and would be good for 3/4 nights. It is well situated between a few different beaches too so very easy to get to desirable areas. The pool etc looks good although I didn't actually go in. All the drinks etc and spa packages are a bit too expensive and don't quite match the vibe the hotel provides. The rooms are a bit dated and the details are missing. For example the toilet seat and cover won't stay up. I.e. if you're sitting the toilet seat cover is going to fall on you. If you're standing you're going to have to hold the seats up. The pillows are hard and there is two pillows on a large bed rather than four. Consistently, little things like this that don't ruin your stay but you do notice compared to other hotels."

"The location of the hotel is fantastic as it’s very close to the beach, felt like we were right on the sand with everything nearby. Shops, market, vibrant spots(like Bangla Street) , tuk-tuks were all conveniently close, perfect for easy exploration without hassle. The proximity to the beach added a relaxing vibe to the entire stay. Check-in Experience: Would have appreciated more flexibility on check-in; arrived exhausted at 9:30 AM after long connecting flights and requested early access (I told them I was happy to pay), but had to wait until 3 PM. Overall, a great spot"

"This is a wonderful hotel; we've stayed here two years in a row. Our first visit was in April 2025, and we returned in April 2026. The hotel has a very convenient location and incredibly lush, well-maintained grounds. It's situated on a hill between Kata and Karon, slightly closer to Kata. It's about a 10-minute walk to Karon and a 5-minute walk to Kata. The hill leading up to the hotel is quite steep, but we rented a motorbike so it wasn't an issue. We also walked up it fine. However, I think it might be challenging for those who aren't used to such inclines. There's a shuttle service that takes you up the hill. Both Karon and Kata beaches are accessible. Everything is close by – shops, markets. All amenities are within reach. The hotel's grounds are beautiful, with lots of greenery and a lovely garden. There are 3 pools and a large property. The breakfasts are good with a wide variety of dishes. Of course, after two weeks, they can get a bit repetitive, but I think that's generally the case at most hotels of this caliber. The Peach Blossom hotel has a decent kids' play area (guests staying at Peach Hill can use it and also have breakfast there). The views from breakfast are stunning, overlooking the hills! We had a deluxe room. We liked everything; the room was spacious, and the bed was huge and comfortable. The bathroom was good, the plumbing worked perfectly, and there was always hot water. The pillows were uncomfortable, but they were replaced without any problem when we asked. The room was cleaned daily, and the cleaning was good. Towels were also changed every day. This is our favorite hotel. We will definitely be back again!"

"An amazing experience from the moment we made our reservation. Communication was excellent even before our arrival—the reservations team responded promptly, acknowledged my partner’s birthday, and thoughtfully prepared the room with a lovely surprise that made our stay even more special. After a long flight and a 40-minute drive to the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by the wonderful staff. A special thank you to WA, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel at home from the very beginning. The room was in a fantastic location, spotless, and very comfortable. The food was delicious, and the breakfast offered a great variety with excellent quality. The only thing gym must have more equipment for a big resort like this. Overall, we had a truly memorable stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality. We look forward to returning in the future."

"My stay at Patong Bay Hill Resort from 29 June to 2 July was truly a memorable experience. I booked the One Bedroom Suite Pool Access Seaview, and it exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The direct pool access was amazing, and waking up to the beautiful sea view every morning made the stay even more special. The room was well maintained and had everything I needed for a relaxing holiday. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. Although the resort is located on a hill, the complimentary shuttle service to and from Patong Beach was convenient and made getting around easy. The resort itself was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing after spending time in the busy streets of Patong. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Patong Bay Hill Resort to anyone looking for a spacious room, stunning views, and a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to Patong’s attractions. "I stayed here ten years ago when I first visited Phuket. The location is great, right across from Patong Hospital. There used to be a 7-Eleven right outside, but after the pandemic, it's been replaced. However, there's another 7-Eleven just a short walk down the alley to the right of the hotel. It's less than a ten-minute walk to Banzaan Market and Jungceylon Shopping Center, and Patong Beach isn't far either. Even though it's an older hotel, the facilities are well-maintained. During the rainy season, Phuket isn't very busy, and you'll see quite a few Russians. The breakfast buffet doesn't have a huge variety, but the hot dishes change daily. Most of the other items are fixed. If you like to sleep in, you can book a room without breakfast."

"I saw some people mention discrimination, but I really don't think that's the case. Some folks just need to chill out. The front desk staff, both the guys and girls, were incredibly friendly and even helped me upgrade my room at my own expense. They also kept my phone safe when I left it at the front desk – truly a fantastic experience. The breakfast area was a bit warm, but the fans made it bearable. There are pools everywhere in the hotel, and because the ecosystem is so good, you'll see small animals around. Perfect for just relaxing!"

"The hotel overall is quite good. It's just a few steps away from a 7-Eleven, and it's easy to hail a taxi. It's a bit far from the beach but not excessively so. There are several motorbike rental shops right outside. The breakfast is quite tasty with a good variety, and the swimming pool is also very large. The staff cleans the rooms daily, so overall, it was a very comfortable stay. They even upgraded us to a deluxe room for free!"
