Our 2nd visit; 2019 being our last visit. When choosing a holiday this year we struggled and then did something not done before - we went back to somewhere which we felt was stunning first time around. Was it as good ? It was better ! How to review this hotel without reams of lists is difficult. Did it have some imperfections ? - of course. But what this hotel offers above anything else is AMAZING customer care from all members of staff - reception, restaurant, bars, cleaners, gardeners...each and every one. Above everything about this hotel, the staff just made our holiday and guaranteed our return. Went for a taxi transfer instead of the coach (our last Tui experience was disastrous). a 30 minute, aircon, lovely taxi straight to the door ! (Holiday Extras) Arrive midnight so shattered, but what a welcome. Smiling faces, welcome drink, helpful information, advised of a sandwich in the fridge in our room as it was late (note : baguette, fresh and we actually ate them which is not the norm at that time night) 'golf buggy' trip with our bags to our room. We had asked if we could have the same or similar room...and it was the same room - and refurbished. Clean and spacious is an understatement. The room oozed quality and we were both quite emotional after long journey to have been treated so well. Went All Inclusive - fridge (cold for a change) with water, beers, Pepsi, 7-Up. juice, crisps and nuts replenished everyday Room (swim up) had hairdryer, ironing board and iron, loads of sockets, USB sockets by bed, daily cleaning service and towel changes, great lighting system, excellent air con, huge bathroom with walk-in shower, all shampoo / washing provisions, and everything you need. Food - Every night choices were varied and freshly cooked and rotated. Staff on the move and changing dishes all the time to keep things fresh and hot. Everything you expect from an AI hotel and more. Loved eating outside in a beautiful setting for breakfast and dinner (and lunch unless using the 'Street Food' snack bar which provided simple choices but all cooked to order...pizza, fries, burgers, fresh baguettes etc). Often had to queue slightly for the main restaurant, especially if wanting to sit outside. They do this to prevent the place being flooded and a free for all. They arrange sections so these can be served correctly. Very well organised. Just queue up, the lovely staff will ask you inside or outside, advise of any wait, give you a number then call you. Grab a drink, sit down in the plentiful areas, and chill. Staff amazing Pool / Beach - We didn't use the pool much as we had our swim-up room which we exploited to the full !! Went to the beach (literally down the path) in the afternoon on the free sunbeds / umbrellas and always managed to grab a couple of available ones. Pool was exceptional though, and a great size. Lots of good quality sun beds around pool areas and on grassed areas. Plenty of shaded areas. There is no system for reserving beds oth

The hotel is kept immaculatey clean our room was beautiful and undated every day with new drinks and snacks, we were all inclusive and every day treat to some beautiful food we could of used exclusive restaurants in the hotel but we couldn’t fault the various choices of food. The staff throughout the hotel were all very friendly and happy to help with anything we requested I did have some staff members names but it would be unfair to miss one member, Pool side a lady who organised the service was brilliant (326) always happy, going for dinner and being escorted to a table was a beautiful touch. The beach if I had to find a fault wasn’t the best, the walks to the port & town centre & sports bar were great places to visit, a very lovely hotel and organised brilliantly. Oh if you go here you must go to the Sky Roof top bar (infinity pool) on a roof top WOW.

Had a great experience at the hotel. The food was amazing, rooms were larger than expected, very clean and modern. I can’t thank all the staff enough for making our visit to Atlantic Imperial the best holiday we have ever experienced. Will definitely be going back!

From the moment we set foot in the Atlantica Imperial Resort and Spa, it’s clear that this isn’t just a hotel; it’s a haven that keeps reinventing itself with each visit. The commitment to excellence is evident, with constant updates, new features, and state-of-the-art equipment ensuring that every stay feels like the first. The heart of the resort is its staff—the unsung heroes who transform a good stay into a great one. Alex, with his ever-present smile, makes dining in the restaurant a joy. Minas, Orsy and Ria at the terrace bar are the epitome of politeness and efficiency, always ensuring our glasses are full and our needs met. Nikos is a character in his own right, his laughter and humor are as memorable as the sunsets. Valentia is more than just staff; she’s family, making every stay unforgettable. Our anniversary dinner at Blue Bay was nothing short of magical, thanks to Jenny and Stavros’s insightful recommendations and evident passion for gastronomy. The a la carte experience at Mylos was a highlight, where Bruno’s guidance through the menu was as seamless as the stunning views. This resort isn’t just a place to stay; it’s a luxurious experience that beckons us back time and again. We’ve already marked our calendars for our return to what we consider our Greek home away from home. Thank you, Atlantica Imperial, for another spectacular visit!

This is hands down the best all inclusive holiday I have ever had, this hotel completely surpassed our expectations. The hotel itself was beautiful and the room was modern and decorated lovely. It was a nice touch having snacks and drinks replenished every day as part of the package. The food was really lovely - this was something I was a bit nervous about having attended terrible buffet styles historically but this hotel does it really well. There was so much variety at every course we didn’t get bored once in 11 days. We also attended Ginger one of the A La Cartes onsite and it was fantastic. The staff are so welcoming, helpful and work incredibly hard - honestly they do put some serious hours in! I’d like to say thank you in particular to Minas and Orsy in the bar, and Emma and Celine for their pool activities. I’ve seen a few reviews saying the drinks seemed watered down but I think the complete opposite! I saw my cocktails getting made many times at the pool and trust me there was plenty of rum being poured - we didn’t stay sober long! We had three days out: Rhodes via shuttle transfer from the hotel (€6pp each way), a boat trip to Symi which we arranged whilst in Rhodes and got a hotel transfer (half price tours) and we caught the local bus to Lindos for the day. Easy bus routes outside the hotel, particularly good for Rhodes when considering a taxi transfer there is €45 each way compared to £8 return on the bus. Local area also good on Eucalyptus Street, we ate out on our final night and it was beautiful. Lots of shops down there too with some lovely things. If I had one slight ****** it would be that the pillows were really firm and the bed was clearly two pushed together and we kept rolling into the middle! Can soon get past that after a few drinks though. Overall a fantastic holiday and we definitely intend to visit again in the future.

We had a fantastic week here in August. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a room with a private pool to celebrate our anniversary. Across the week we kept being surprised with pastries, chocolates and champagne being delivered to the room. Food was delicious and the drinks strong.

We went on an all inclusive with TUI for our honeymoon. The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff are friendly and always had a smile on their face. They made you feel very welcome. The food was lovely with so much choice . My only complaint is the drinks. The pool bar is fine for service. You go up, you order, give your room number and get your drink. The problem is you don’t get the spirits or a choice of any other beer like the others who are pay for it. Didn’t I pay a premium to come to this hotel on all inclusive why am I any different to the guest who is getting charged to their room? The other bar the service is so slow and can’t go up to the bar to order a drink it’s waiter only. Others have commented on they felt the drinks are watered down. I have to agree how ever much I drank when I got served I didn’t even like I had a drink. So much ice in your drink as well. Yes you can pay for the premium drink but why be an all inclusive hotel to TUI if you are singled out from the other non inclusive guests?

After three days of complaining to one manager directly about his shocking conduct towards the waitresses, just because they were at our table for a brief chat at end of service...I myself was treated terribly by the sandwich/pizza bar, as the guy didn't see my wrist band, as I had taken it off as it kept getting in my way and for any meal or drink we had to say our room number out loud in anycase prior to me taking it off....he could speak good English but then later after I had a free facial I went back to get me and Bryn something to eat....I did not realise that the pitta bread in Greece was round so I asked if they could explain....the chef ended up coming out then all of a sudden the first guy couldn't speak English.....On the 13th of May 24, I went down to breakfast and after being attacked by one of the Oriental hornets that are in the garden I was extremely stressed.....but I did manage to grab some porridge and flak seeds. I unfortunately had to contact a Dr and we were advised to use a Tui Dr...paid €130 and was given daktokort cream for the area....after a couple of hours I was clawing the area so I jumped into the shower and washed myself thoroughly with water ....He then said that he would refer me to a gynecologist.....sorry if I'm not writing this in a perfect manner as I'm dyslexic as well as disabled now since last year....my legs go numb from the knees down ..... on the 13th of May 24 I had a further shocking experience while Bryn was away getting antibiotics for me....I was talking to myself and a Englush speaking man thought I was talking to him.....that happened again later when a couple our holiday friends came to keep me company as she could see I was crying and upset....another guy who was opposite was laughing at what seemed like at me....his partner started having a go and said that if I was English....which I am....born in Hitchen just raised in Scotland and I class myself as British....she said I was a disgrace to England due to my behaviour...I then had to transfer onto my friends scooter....I have never used one and I was terrified as my legs just give way... anyhoo this was after the staff brought a normal chair..unfortunately due to meds I was on as I was misdiagnosed bipolar back in 2015 I had gained 9 stones....We had decided a day or so that we were going to go home and end our honeymoon but Tui offered us a move to a non adult only hotel along the road with the same company Atlantica for an extra £500 odd ...I booked and paid for an adult only as children love me and unfortunately I couldn't have any ......lastly before our forced early departure on the 13th May 24 I had yet another encounter with a blonde manager...who was the same level as Saavass I can't remember her name but she was extremely arrogant and said "what is your problem, you were all smiles and laughing with Saavass yesterday" I slightly raised me voice and she told me to lower my voice or she would put me out of the hotel.....a guest who was

Wow what an amazing hotel. We were celebrating our anniversary, so on arrival we had sparkling wine and a fruit platter waiting for us in our room. The room was clean and big, bathroom was also big. Ok the food was probably the best I have ever had in an hotel, plenty of choice and plenty of variation. We loved the upstairs bar, with great views of the mountains and the sea, and a special mention to the waitress Orsy, so friendly, happy and efficient. In the evening we had 3 outstanding acts from South Africa, and another special mention to the waitress Pamela, so happy and friendly. The daytime activities were good, I did a few core workouts with Emma, who was very good, and a special mention for Celine, she was such good fun and always happy and cheerful, so we joined in the darts, kubb, boules, the quiz and the walks with her. The gym across the road was also amazing as well as the Sky bar. We caught the hotel shuttle to Rhodes Old town, 6 euros per person each way. This is a must do trip if you are visiting Rhodes. Overall it was an outstanding holiday, at an outstanding hotel. The staff everywhere were just brilliant, and we would love to come back one day.
