酒店離機場很近，打不到車，衹能等shuttle。英語不太好溝通，打酒店電話沒人接聽，還好最後在和機場工作人員比劃下順利上了shuttle。
Novotel是個大型連鎖酒店，但是是迄今為止我住過的衞生最差的。衞生間不太乾淨，馬桶很臟。沒太保潔打掃也僅限於換毛巾整理床鋪，林浴巾幾天都沒打掃。
唯一欣慰的是早餐很好吃，選擇多，cheese ball很好吃。
