Hotel was nice; breakfast was good. No coffee in breakfast area. Nice front desk except room near elevator, and definitely can hear the elevator in the room.

The hotel was in a very nice location next to Costco and was very clean maybe the best breakfast ever. I would definitely stay again.

Our room was very clean, no musty odors like we have encountered at other hotels lately. The bed and sofa were comfortable, and loved the walk in shower with glass doors. Very nice.

Very good impression all-around… However, was disappointed to not have warm cookies at check-in… Also appreciated the front desk recommendation for dinner at Five West—we liked it a lot…

The property was very clean and was exactly like the pictures on the website. The staff was very kind and the stay was great understand the last 2 nights. It was supposed ti be smoke free but someone was smoking and it left our room filled with cigarette smoke fir 2 days. I called the front desk and he told me there wasn't anything he could do about it. I was there for visits at Mayo clinic due to cancer as well as other guest and for him to blow it off as nothing was very unprofessional. Though it is a bice hotel I will not stay there again. All it takes is 1 bad apple to spoil it.
