The hotel is beautifully designed, with warm colors and yet sober and elegant. Location was great. The room was very comfortable. Staff was always very attentive. Breakfast was super nice. It would have been an outstanding experience if it wasn't for the noise coming from the street at night. You can hear garbage trucks collecting and processing trash every night, several times! It is so loud you can hear it through the soundproof windows. I guess it's not the hotel's fault (although it is the hotel's garbage the trucks collect) but being Rome, and being a 5 star hotel, I am sure they can do something to switch to a more sensible schedule. Guests' sleep should be prioritized.

We stayed in The Palazzo Ripetta for two nights only to promise ourselves that we would use the first opportunity to come again. A beautiful , clean and hospitable hotel boasting wonderful staff. Sarah at the front desk will do everything in her capacity to resolve any issue you bump into, and Inna the concierge will provide you with all the info you need.

My wife and I recently returned to the Palazzo Ripetta where we have stayed several times, starting many years ago when it was a rezidencia hotel. It just keeps getting better. Recent renovations/upgrades are evident. The interior patio/garden is lovely, shaded, lemon trees, charming breakfast or afternoon cocktail venue. An excellent restaurant which competes with several neighboring above average restaurants. Well appointed, comfortable rooms. Great location, not crowded with tourists, easy walking to Borghese Gardens, coliseum area, or Trastevere. Finally and most importantly, the staff treat you like family, always welcoming. This is a wonderful hotel in a great location, with an amazing patio area, but the prices are high for what you get. Our hotel room was small. There was American style air conditioning so this is a plus during the hot summer months. The doormen were helpful as well as the front desk staff.

Outstanding hotel near the Piazza del Popolo. Excellent service, convenient location. In addition, the hotel has exceedingly pleasant indoor and outdoor places to sit. We especially enjoyed the patio.

A beautiful hotel close to most historical sites. The staff is helpful, the breakfast is wonderful and worth the price. The room we had was big with a very comfortable bed and wonderful shower. An outside eating area provides the best seating for all meals or just a drink. Highly recommend this hotel.
