Lovely place to stay, staff very helpful, rooms are very clean, I would take a small extension lead as not many sockets for charging things, we didn't use the pool as we spent most of your time exploring. Breakfast was good. The hotel nice and quiet away from busy town, local transport is great and easy to use, the cost for using the underground is very cheap and gets you to all tourist spots. Would definitely stay again x

Breakfast is very rich, the location is relatively biased, for our self-driving tour is OK, not self-driving, I suggest to consider the location, not too far from the scenic area, the basic playing can be within 20, after all, Rome's rail traffic is said to be a lot of hands, self-driving ZTL The limit is very powerful and it is very convenient. The hotel room is still relatively large, the facilities are a little longer, but I feel that the European hotels are quite historical, so let's go.

After reading a few other reviews, it was with some trepidation we arrived for our 3 day visit to Rome and our stay at hotel Belstay Roma. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised to see perfectly groomed gardens and entrance to the Hotel. The check-in staff were courteous and helpful. giving us all the information that was required for our route to travel into the centre of Rome and the sights and tours we had booked whilst in the UK. Our room and bathroom were both spotless amd fully equipped with toiletries and towels. The bed was comfy and the room was cleaned daily with a change of linen. The breakfast restaurant was immaculate with a great selection of continental breakfast and hot food. The restaurant menu was limited but food was excellent. Also bar was well stocked and staff were also very good. On checking out yesterday, the staff were again courteous and asked if we had enjoyed our stay abd also if there was anything they could do for us whilst waiting for the shuttle bus to the airport. Well done to everyone who help us enjoy our stay. It's a great hotel venue for meetings and conferences if just a tad out of the centre but the hotel shuttle bus took us to tge metro and picked us up on our return after very full days of amazing tours. I was in this hotel last week. Normally o had to stay 2 night but I stayed just one because it’s really a bad hotel.Toilet not cleaned,hair in bed and lots of other things (see photos bellow).No heat on the 2-nd floor so I had to wear clothes because the blanket it’s too thin. I went at the reception before sleep waiting 20 min for someone,no one came (it said 24 h reception). I work as a front office manager in a hotel Also so I know what that means but when the receptionist tells you « yes at the second floor the heat takes time to warm » and after me saying « no it’s not working at all » she said « yes true in the second floor doesn’t work »….then why you put me on the second floor?????she tried to give me another room next day for me not to go but after a horrible night like that I booked already another hotel. In France this hôtel close directly…3 starts?How comes??Not even s half star… I travel a lot but I never seen such a dirty hotel…
