"The staff were kind and easy to work with, the location was good and close to trams, but far from the main shopping and restaurant districts in Bourke St and Collins St. The hotel room was neat and clean, however I couldn't find a hairdryer"

"The location is genuinely great, right in Chinatown. Downstairs, you can find anything you want to eat. It's a perfect spot for Chinese tourists because you can get Chinese food anytime. If you need a convenience store, there's one right next door. You can also head to Chinatown for noodles in the morning. Across the street, there's a theater currently showing a Michael Jackson musical. You can check in online in advance; they'll send you an email. I checked in at the front desk, and the Indian guy was very friendly. They gave me a high-floor room. The room size isn't big, but it's just right for one or two people. The bed and pillows are comfortable, and it's very clean. However, there's no complimentary bottled water or slippers, which really surprised me. The bathroom also lacks a bath mat, so be careful when showering. Otherwise, everything else is pretty good. The gym isn't large, but the equipment is sufficient, with plenty of machines for compound training. I didn't opt for breakfast because there are so many food options downstairs, all within walking distance. The lobby bar on the ground floor is lively in the evenings. Overall, the price-performance ratio is excellent, but many things are minimalist, like the lack of slippers and water. The location is good, and the comfort level is adequate. So, if you prioritize price and location, this place is a solid choice."

"Pretty good hotel for the price. It’s one stop outside of the free tram zone, but it’s a quick walk across the bridge to town. Front desk staff are super nice, and helped me charge my phone and laptop, because the room does not have any usb plugs, and there were no travel adapters available."

The location is perfect – quiet yet central, making it easy to meet clients while still being away from the hustle and bustle. The room facilities are new and complete, with a smart toilet, high-speed WiFi, and an HD TV, catering to both work and relaxation. The staff were incredibly attentive; they proactively helped me with my luggage and even upgraded my room for free. The freshly ground coffee and handmade pastries at breakfast were absolutely divine, starting my day off with energy. They even gave me a complimentary gift when I checked out, which really made a lasting impression! I've already recommended it to colleagues, and I'll definitely be staying here again on future visits."

"Excellent! It's just a two-minute walk to the bus stop with direct routes to the city center. Downstairs, there's a cafe, Korean fried chicken, and Foodwork. A short stroll further and you'll find plenty of restaurants and an Aldi supermarket. The room was very new, super comfortable and clean, and fully equipped. The cooking facilities and utensils were the most complete I've ever seen in an apartment I've stayed in, and the bed was incredibly comfy! The hotel staff were friendly! The parking was very convenient, with a direct elevator to the rooms! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Melbourne!"

"The room we booked had a balcony, which was great for ventilation, but it was a shared balcony with the room opposite, with no partition in between. The shuttle service was quite convenient. After landing, I called the hotel (the operator was rude), then exited T2, crossed a small road, and waited for the shuttle there. There were signs, so it was easy to find. The shuttle driver was a grumpy old man. The hotel front desk service was good. Also, if you lock your door at night, remember to unlock it the next day. If you don't, you won't be able to open the door with your card after closing it, which is very troublesome. The room's cleanliness was decent, though the windows were very dirty. Everything else was fine. Breakfast was mediocre and exactly the same two days in a row."

"We had a fantastic stay at the Melbourne Marriott Hotel Docklands. Everything about our experience was wonderful. The highlight for us was definitely the pool. The water temperature was perfect—not too hot and not too cold—and our kids absolutely loved it. In fact, they didn’t want to get out! The view from the pool area was also amazing and made the experience even more special. Breakfast was great with plenty of options, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. They made us feel very welcome and well looked after. We will definitely stay here again in the future and have already recommended the hotel to our family and friends. A truly enjoyable stay!"

"location is perfect, right infront of the free tram zone, the room was clean. sadly when we arrived early in morning, there's no one in the receptionist desk and have to wait until someone out from the building so we can entered the building. and cannot ask for early checkin. otherwise the hotel is perfect. nice stay anyway."
