"This is the best hotel as a reasonable price and good quality of service Very cheap comparing with the other hotels in Madrid but very clean and not fare from the city since we have a car (20-25min) and 10min far from airport Everything was available in the room tooth brush, coffee, slippers and unlimited drink water There is a ironing room and laundry I recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Madrid specifically with a car because I don’t know how long far from metro"

"I stayed here for 3 nights in a row and highly recommend it to others for a few reasons: 1. **Fantastic Location for Transport**: It's incredibly close to the metro. Seriously, no exaggeration – you exit the Plaza de España station (line 10), take the 'Princesa' exit, and the hotel entrance is literally just 20 meters away. Super convenient! 2. **Excellent for Shopping & Sightseeing**: The hotel is situated at one end of Gran Via, making it super easy to explore. You can then hop on the free 001 bus to get back. It's also very close to the Royal Palace of Madrid, about a 10-minute walk. Within a 300-meter radius, you'll find plenty of restaurants, Chinese eateries, and a Dia supermarket. Right downstairs is Plaza de España, featuring statues of Cervantes, Don Quixote, and Sancho Panza. 3. **Great Amenities & Cleanliness**: The hotel is very well-maintained, clean, and spacious. You get free access to the rooftop bar, and the breakfast selection is extensive – truly the best hotel breakfast I've had in Spain. The hotel even boasts a rooftop pool, perfect for some stylish photos! The only slight difference I noticed was the elevator system; after swiping your room card and selecting your floor, the system tells you which specific elevator to wait for. It felt a bit unusual at first, but you quickly get used to it after a few uses. 4. **Excellent Service**: The hotel staff provides great service, especially the doorman. He always greeted me and chatted, creating a really pleasant atmosphere that I enjoyed very much."

"The hotel is nicely located, you can access the heart of the city by foot quite easily. Other than that, I felt like it was way overrated. The bed is large and comfortable but the room is small, the bathroom is like a leaking closet, there is a tiny window with views over the reception and the bar area which means you have absolutely no privacy if the black curtains are not closed. You hear the plumbing very loudly every time someone is using the flush in their room and you hear everything that is happening in the doorway. The electric plugs are out of their socket, the thing to hang your wet towels are broken and falling down every time you're putting your towel. For a 150€/night room, it felt like a scam as everything is very cheap quality. The worst part was the breakfast. 23€ if you pay the same day, 19,50€ if you book the day before. Guys, it's not worth your money ! It's ultra cheap quality. Something you can expect when you pay 10€ but definitely not more than 20€ ! You cannot even order freshly made eggs. It's all industrial products, very low quality and quite frankly not good (the fried potatoes are horrible). No fresh fruit juice, cold cuts are a disgrace for Spain. Nice gym. Small but well equipped. I haven't seen the pool. So yes the hotel looks good from the outside and the inside but I'm expecting they attract people with that, selling themselves as a hip and cool place but charging you way more than the low quality of what they are truly selling. I will not come back for this price."

"The 611 Hotel is spacious and comfortable, with excellent public facilities including a swimming pool and a gym. The landscaping is beautifully designed, making it ideal for relaxation. It's very close to the subway station, about a 2-minute walk away. The No. 200 city bus takes you to the airport, making it very convenient (taking the 200 bus saves you the 3-euro airport tax on the subway). The hotel reception staff were very friendly, and check-in and check-out were efficient. They even let us check into our room early so we could rest and enjoy the hotel facilities. Thank you very much!"

"The hotel is 10 minutes away by car from the airport which is very popular with travelers going to the airport. We as most others had a brief stay in the hotel. The rooms are reasonably sized and were kept cleaned. There is a restaurant and a bar on the ground floor. The shuttle runs in around every 45 minutes to the airport which is very convenient for travelers."

"The location of the hotel is perfect in the center of gran via where you can enjoy all the shopping u want, the staff were very helpful and friendly, my husband and I enjoyed our stay there ,the only issue was the outside noise but it wasn’t that much of a problem with us."

"Pequeño hotel con una decoración moderna y exquisita. Habitaciones grandes y amplias al igual que el baño. Camas y almohadas comodísimas y un aire acondicionado super potente. Echamos en falta una manta para arroparnos que no fuera el nórdico, así como en el baño, gorro de ducha. Las toallas muy suaves y grandes tanto la de baño como la de mano. Desayuno bastante bueno y completo salvo por el huevo revuelto que no parecía natural. Buen ambiente en general en el hotel en todos sus espacios. Con el calor que había en Madrid, no tenían disponible la piscina. Lo que menos me gustó fue la poca insonorización con el pasillo, ruidos de gente, puertas y el ascensor."

"Took the metro from the airport and arrive at Oprera station directly outside the front of the hotel. Checked in no with no issues. Room was a very good standard and clean, location of the hotel was very central easy access to all city land marks. Staff friendly the hotel has a Michelin star restaurant, food was amazing. A very pleasant 2 night 3 day staycation."

"There was supposed to be a shuttle service from the airport but after an hour of waiting, I had to call a taxi instead. It seems the service only runs after 15:00 so it's useless!! 🙂↔️The room is fine though"
