Hooribel! The hotel has just opened and according to the receptionist itself "this evening is not really over yet". Plaster stains on the bathroom floor, a lot of things missing, no way to contact the room reception (except via a telephone number written on a postit in a hurry...). The welcome is deplorable: 10 minutes of waiting while 4 receptionists are present and none deign to say hello. No manager... The staff seems to be left to their own devices.. Strangely even Accor does not wish to obtain our opinion via an automatic form usually automatically sent... The price is exorbitant for the service provided...

Très mauvaise expérience de cette hotel. Pas d'eau chaude le matin (douche à l'eau froide). Chambre réservée pour 4: lit des enfants sans drap. Obligé de descendre à la réception pour avoir des drap et de faire le lit moi même. Piscine non fonctionnelle ( non signalé à la réservation). La réception me propose au final un geste commercial (remboursement d'une partie de la nuitée) qui finalement ne sera jamais effectué. Pire expérience vécue dans un novotel. A fuir.
