Hotel is fine. Good location, on the road to Lyon, but no noise burden. free parking on your own closed area. Don't take breakfast. This is very expensive for what you get. No stack bread only croissants , chocolate breads and breakfast cereals.. Also no hearty egg or just a little jam . Ask for them to have stack bread ( last year present) but was not stocked now

Top emplacement près de l aéroport ! 10 minutes excellent accueil ! Hôtel propre ! Bon resto ! Je recommande vivement pour une soirée avec un vol le lendemain ! Chambre propre, café en chambre ! Belle terrasse en restaurant . What else ? Les présidents 😉

I am 5ft3, 55 kgs and felt claustrophobic in that bathroom, you could hardly move around. Awful. We, as a family, are used to staying in basic hotels when we are only having a stop over during our journeys but this one was beyond basic. As said before tiny bathroom, the mattress on our bed was terrible (collapsing on one side). We booked a family room for the 4 of us and once all the beds were made we literally could not moved around the room, no space to sit or walk around. Dreadful. It was clean though so that is one thing. The parking was gated and you could walk in 15 mins to a McDonald's, the area felt safe enough. The staff was very pleasant but the evening staff could not speak English properly. Only one towel per person no hand towel or floor mat.

This very new building is easy to spot whilst walking (10 minutes) from Bron airport.The foyer and staff are smart, although the electric revolving door is a menace after dark- the curved side panels are invisible . We had a third floor room; although there is only one small lift, inadequate for the size of hotel, the stairs are very easy.There was an excellent view,and no sound from adjacent rooms or outside.Basic comfort was good,with a rather soft bed,but excellent aircon,and a window which both opened fully and had opaque curtains.There was light and space for writing,and a sort of wall mounted seat at which two people could eat on an article like a hospital bed table.The stowage was the usual budget type fixed shelf and coat rail, without a drawer or a safe. Again at budget level ,there was no fridge,but the coffee machine could be used to make tea. The complicated modern bathroom arrangements required three sliding doors,and one hinged, to enclose a space large enough to provide a bath,but instead there was the trendy walk in shower and almost useless shallow basin with no plug.I suppose I should be grateful that the shower did not flood the room. Breakfast was in a rather small room ,with very basic furniture, but as good as the 4 star hotel I am at present occupying in Nice!

After 3 nights (payed in advance)passed at the hotel from 5 to 8 July 2023 I extended one night from 8 to 9 in agreement with the hosts paying initially with breakfasts In this night from 8 to 9 while I was sleeping, I receive a call at midnight and half of the night watcher to specify that: as I wasn't here, I should go and set the room. I tell him he wakes me up and I'm in my bedroom. He intimates me to go down to pay my room immediately. I remind him that he just wakes up and that I will fix before I leave, as agreed on the request for extension. He replies: ”If you don't go down to pay next, I go up.” Twenty minutes later, he came to my door and I woke up again and after opening, I tell him that it is not a question that I'm going down to pay now. Following these repeated incidents, I don't find my sleep because of the surprise and anger related to her attitude I talk about this morning to the host employee who is surprised by such behavior. I don't think I'm guilty of this night of hotel, but the employee tells me that if I don't pay it is to her to pay. I'm still waiting for his call despite two calls from me.

Couldn’t have an easier or better location to the airport- walk just across the street. Very friendly and helpful staff, newly redone rooms, clean and modern. A bit businessy design but still nice. Good dinner with great service. Nice buffet breakfast and bar although not cheap. Would stay here again if needed for the airport.

A peacekeeping garden near Lyon. A faultless welcome and a professional team with a smile. I've had the chance to have a room with views over the river and the pool. Hotel very clean. I recommend and I will return with pleasure.

i wanted to try this hotel because it was in / at the airport and it gave me the impression to be a bit different, fresh, funky. That is true, the rooms have a different look, are more inspired that your usual hotel, well equipped and maintained. but unfortunately that's where it stops. The rest is totally sub standard. It took more than 15 minutes to check in and then it wasn't over yet, because i had to go back once more in the queue because the room key didn't work. That day, the weather was hot, so the room was extremely hot because the airco wasn't functioning until i entered the room. It took over an hour of noisy max level airco to get the room to a decent temperature. There is a light below the bed that automatically switches on when there's movement - it is a great concept but unfortunately it detected something several times during the night as well, switched on automatically in the middle of the night, so that i woke up. All in all, the concept of the hotel might be great, but the basics for a hotel (i.e. a good night sleep) are not met due to the time lost at check in, the time need to get a correct temperature and the odd light switching on during the light. Finally, I mentioned these issues at check-out, i got a lot of generic apologies, they mentioned that they would look into the airco and took my name, but never reverted to me. Also, no attempt was made to make me feel better, eg by offering a coffee, breakfast or a face to face with the manager on duty. And if the staff doesn't offer that proactively, I'm not going to ask it. I will use the NH back again next time. A bit less fancy perhaps (but very solid correct quality) and at least i can be sure that i get what i come for: sleep when i arrive late night.

Fast and ftiendly check-In. We ended Up in the 4th Level - with a ”Suite Privileg”. Warm, modern and cozy styled. Fully eqipped bathroom with walk-in shower and tube. Balcony outside the room. Breakfastbuffet was tasty with lots of choice, regional producats and stylish seating.
