I stayed here with my mom for a couple of days and the staff treated us wonderfully. The breakfast was very nice and varied with fruits, yogurt and cereals from the area, and also with very relaxing Andean music in the background. The room was clean and very quiet where we could relax 100% with my mom. The llamas they have are very pretty, which makes it a plus to have them near the pool because it makes us connect with the environment of the area. 100% recommended !!!

Excellent stay!!! The place is really confortable and beautiful. The room was great, and the breakfast even better. We used the pool and the hottub. We spend lovely days over there. I would absolutely recommend it. The people that work there are very helpful and nice. It’s definitely the best option in San Pedro.

Place was nice and good value for money. However, the laundary took almost 24 hours instead of a couple of hours. There was also a very aggressive dog and the receptionist was not pleasant - we were told we could check out 13.00 but he made a scene and said check out was 12.00

It started badly when there was no staff on site when we arrived to check-in at 5 in the afternoon. We searched the grounds, texted them, emailed them and telephoned over a period of about 20 minutes until eventually, someone answered our 3rd attempt at calling. (No apology). The room was okay, quiet and clean, and the male reception staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was a disappoin**ent - unnecessarily chaotic and badly organized - the juice watery, as was the yoghurt. Management at fault - not the poor staff who had to serve it.

The first impression was very good but at the end it wasn’t the best experience: room badly kept with a very old bathroom, heating with a wood heater so we had to pay attention to the smog, breakfast not particularly abundant and we had problems trying to have dinner there (apparently the chef is not always there and he doesn’t have enough ingredients to cook) Workers there should be a little bit warm and welcoming thinking that prices are definitely high for the services. Positively the location is pretty close to the centre in a quiet location

Probabilmente è stata la più grande delusione tra gli hotel del nostro viaggio in Sudamerica. Siamo partiti con grandi aspettative, posizione tranquilla, bungalows nel verde, piscina, recinto con i lama... In realtà le potezialità della struttura sono enormi ma e gestita in modo approssimativo. Le camere sono basiche, la mia doccia era in una vecchia vasca scheggiata e si sente subito la mancanza dell'aria condizionata. Visto che erano in corso dei lavori di ampliamento, con quei fondi non era il caso di sistemare prima le camere esistenti? Sistemare i bagni, mettere l' A/C in tutte le camere o il riscaldamento al posto delle vecchie stufe a gas? Per quanto riguarda la colazione in tre giorni non abbiamo avuto occasione di provarla la sala apre alle sette, mentre quasi tutte le escursioni ad Uyuni partono prima. Per ovviare alla mancanza viene offerta una misera colazione da portare via, un frutto, una barretta e un succo... Quindi voto sicuramente insufficiente per un Lodge che ci è costato più del 4* a Santiago.

Tínhamos achado o hotel ótimo pelo site, mas superou todas as nossas expectativas. Ele é a definição de charme! Super bem decorado em móveis e objetos, dando um ar aconchegante, além de ser iluminado por luzinhas em vários pontos. Os quartos são "bangalôs" e para chegar até cada um é um caminho cheio de plantas muito gostoso. Tanto quarto como banheiro têm ótimos tamanhos, são novinhos e bem limpos. O café da manhã é super gostoso. O ponto alto são as lhamas do hotel!!! Lá eles tem 5 que podemos visitar quando quiser, achei o máximo. Para chegar na parte principal da Rua Caracoles é uma andada tranquila de 5 min Vale muito!

O lugar é lindo!!! Tem Lhamas para fazer amizade, o quarto é limpo, funcionários atenciosos, quando saímos mais cedo que o horário do café ,eles preparavam um lanchinho para levar, tinha agia, café e chá disponível, é muito perto da rua principal e de todos os comércios. Eu amei!

Adoramos o local, quarto aconchegante, oferecem toalhas, shampoo, condicionador e sabonete sem custo. Café da manhã muito bom, os passeios que são muito cedo eles fazem um kit snacks para viagem. Varias Aereas de lazer no hotel . 5 minutos a pé do centro da rua caracoles.
