The hotel was very cute but needs a lot of maintenance. Our only outlet to connect our cell phones was not working they brought us an extension cord but every time you moved you would loose power. Breakfast was included but employees had to purchase napkins out of their own pocket to provide some for guest. Very sad

Terrible staffing and to start there was no bed sheets and the ones they gave us had stains and looked very old, there was what looked like termite tubes coming down from the ceiling in the bathroom and at night all lights are off in the hotel

Realmente en este hotel el huésped importa poco, la dueña del hotel no resuelve, en mi caso, la habitación no cerraba, llamaron a un cerrajero dijo que la chapa estaba dañana y que había que cambiarla, ella simplemente le dijo al cerrajero que la dejara como estaba y nunca nos la quiso arreglar y tampoco nos quiso cambiar de habitación, su disculpa es que en el hotel no se perdía nada, que cualquier cosa de valor la dejáramos en la recepción y así tuvimos que dormir 3 noches, sin seguridad. La habitación tenía cosas dañadas (el toallero en el baño), viejas y en mal estado. Los desayunos regulares, las personas que nos atendieron (excepto la dueña) lo hicieron con buena disposición. El Wi-Fi nos funcionó bien. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL, puede ser que no sea tan costoso, pero realmente hay un básico que debería cumplir y no lo hace y lo más lastimoso es la falta de respeto que la dueña tiene hacia el huésped que le solicita algo. Se burla del huésped en su cara.

No hay puerta en el baño, no hay privacidad. No hay agua caliente en la ducha. Pedimos más papel higienico y nos trajeron la mitad de un rollo! No hay aire acondicionado en el salón del desayuno. Lo único bueno es Carmen en recepción. Trato de ayudar lo que pudo.

Si lo que deseas es pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas en Santa Marta, no vayas a ARTE HOTEL. A principios de Junio de 2022 visité este lugar con mi pareja y al llegar el día de nuestra reserva nos encontramos con la sorpresa que la DUEÑA del lugar LIBIA no reservó nuestra habitación, no obstante, sí fue enfática en que realizáramos el pago antes de llegar al hotel (menos mal acordamos realizar un pago parcial). Hay un desorden administrativo gigante porque ella es la que toma las reservas y las reporta a sus empleadas; cosa que no hizo en nuestro caso. Experimentamos lo que hemos visto en muchas reseñas (lástima posterior a nuestra visita, sino no hubiéramos ido): La dueña de este lugar es irrespetuosa con los clientes y con sus empleadas; las culpó de lo sucedido, las maltrató, todo en presencia nuestra. El trato recibido por esta persona fue pésimo, solo la mueve el dinero realizando cobros por habitaciones que no ofrece, mucho cuidado, pueden resultar estafados.

Apoyo los comentarios de abajo, NO VAYAN A ESTE LUGAR, es un lugar que está en muy mal estado. Quisimos también darle la oportunidad a pesar de los comentarios, pero no cometan el mismo error. No nos deja subir fotos, pero tenemos fotos de el estado de las toallas (rotas). Pasando los temas de infraestructura, la atención de una de las personas del hotel LIBIA MANRIQUE es terrible, la persona nos trató e hizo comentarios despectivos cada que nos la cruzábamos, todo porque el día que llegamos hubo un problema con la reserva, en ningún momento fuimos groseros, pero no sabían nada de nuestra reserva a pesar de haberla hecho con bastante tiempo de antelación. Ibamos solo buscando descanso y esta persona hizo que nuestra estadía no fuera placentera. Reiteramos, NO VAYAN A ESTE LUGAR.
