the place is clean well maintained and exelemt buffet for breakfast an dinner- Exelent Bar man! Pedro did great drinks. what was missing is an info how the whole bath and spa works - and strange - such a place and the Spa does not work on sunday... staff was ok - but exactly this better info was missing- besides that, the hotel is not a cozy place but nature around it impressive and good infrastructure for outdoor activities . There is a group organizing tree climbing and other activities; there is a tenis aswell.

After arriving in Palhoca, Brazil for a 35 day vacation, the accommodations that we reserved was terrible. There was no way that we could stay even one night. We were blessed when we called the Firenze Business Hotel and spoke to Pedro. He was fantastic. It was even more than a blessing that the hotel was only a short walk from where we were. After dragging all of our luggage the short distance, we were welcomed with open arms. Pedro went far and above to get us settled. In the morning, we met another angel, Natasha. She worked out all the details so that we could stay for the entire time. Natasha was there every morning with a smile and helped us on every matter that we had.Only due to the dedication of the entire staff, this vacation would have been a disaster. So to Natasha, William, Thayse, Pedro, Paulo, Edwardo, Leonardo, and the entire staff of the Firenze Business Hotel, we thank you. Let me start by saying I am quite picky when it comes to hotels and this hotel was beyond expectations, location was good, staff were very friendly and helpful, the lobby is simply beautiful with earth tones and nice lighting and the room was extremely comfortable, spacious nicely decorated, very comfortable beds, nice bathroom and many tv channels, but the breakfast was wonderful, several kinds of fresh delicious bread, 2 or 3 kinds of croissants, fruits eggs and bacon, fresh hot pão de queijo and really good expresso, and again fantastic staff everywhere, doing everything possible to make our stay more enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Low cost-benefit. I hosted my husband for 6 days at the hostel, from 29/12/21 to 04/01/22. We stayed in the largest chalet, number 5, which had private kitchen. Very soft bed and hyper high trawlers, for our taste. There are very few measures to combat and prevent the covid. No incentives for guests to be better. Very small care team, without daily cleaning of the rooms, but every three days (when booking, it was not warned!). In addition, problems in the ice cream (washing water on the ground, some problem with disfrost). hair wash filled with untreated hair from another hosting. Cemetery walls of dead pernilongs, I think they haven't seen a pan for a while. The simple breakfast coffee, somewhat precarious. Of the five days we took, there was no change between one day and another. The price of the daytime in high season is not costly to press a pocket of orange and provide a decent thing. Positive points: good bed and bathroom.
