The hotel is clean and tidy. The hotel environment is better. The front desk of the hotel can speak English. There are no kettles in many hotels in Brazil, but this hotel has a kettle. It is a bit bad that the hotel does not provide free drinking water.

Minha nota 10 vai para o café da manhã com uma variedade enorme de itens, inclusive para intolerantes a gluten e lactose e tudo feito por eles. Os pães zero gluten sao deliciosos.

The hotel is very well located, all near, comfortable room. Some points left to desire, like burned lamps in the room and in the bathroom, I warned at the reception but until the second day of accommodation was not exchanged. The box handwheel support was released, and there was no repair, it was removed and they didn't put back, we have no place to dry the handwheels. On the second day of hosting, I asked for a cocktail to take a hot water to make a cupnoodles for my daughter and it was charged 2.00 per cocktail and 7.00 for the water, as if it was tea. I was overtaken with this attitude of the hotel, we have already hosted many hotels, including well-known hotels, and it has never been charged by a loaned coil and a hot water. My son has been studying in São José dos Campos and has been hosting this hotel for two years. It has a great location, safety, the facilities are fantastic, the wonderful cleaning and not to mention very good breakfast and a delicious dinner. Congratulations to all the staff of the hotel

As we live in São josé dos Campos, my wife and I decided to kick off our Golden Wedding Anniversary festivities at the best hotel in town, the Golden Tulip. Arriving at he hotel, the reception crew were smiley and courteously, aiming at treating the bride and groom. We spent a superb night, surrounded by courtesies offered by Mr. Fabricio Felipe, General Manager, aware of the very big date. Champagne in an ice bucket, fine chocolate and strawberries aside, red heart balloons, etc. The high floor room, facing the banhado, very much comfortable, with all facilities at hand, was the perfect nest for the couple.

I was on a trip and stayed at the New Year's Eve in this hotel. The hotel is very well located, near a shopping, large rooms but the rooms need maintenance and modernisation( e.g.: free bathtub table, safety supports in the bathtub for the elderly ...) Another point I didn't like was bed clothes (many linen, coat, larger and better covers, good dressers, not to mention towels) The dresser, who asked, tried to help in what he could, but I realised that the clothes were really over. I liked breakfast, New Year's Ceaning and staff care.

It was a wonderful stay, with a beautiful view of the city. And a place I make access to the whole city, since it is located in the centre of the city.
