It is said to be the best hotel in Sao Paulo. It is my first time here. Everything is very good, the transportation is convenient, and the rooms are very high-end. Recommended!

A real luxury experience

The room is so-so, but the barbecue restaurant opposite is absolutely delicious, it is really delicious.

The room in the photo looked great, but in person it was quite disappointing given the lack of good maintenance (for a hotel of this category, in one of the most important cities in Brazil). The room is well distributed, and the fact that it has a small sofa is very good, in addition to the complimentary water. However, the headboard of the bed with the lining peeling off leaves a disgusting and very bad appearance, the infiltration in the booth, stains on the shower floor, chipped bedside table and lack of cleaning (sticky glass marks that I had to clean). Very boring and in a certain way frustrating.

I only stayed one night to meet work demands. I had a full day conference in the hotel auditorium and it was very practical to work and stay in the same place. Thank you very much!

This hotel is pretty good. We booked a business suite and a living room with a complete set of household appliances, which is suitable for families with children. And there is an open-air swimming pool upstairs, but it's relatively small!

The hotel has an excellent location, close to everything. I was very clean, very good shower, and I was very well served by everyone. Breakfast is very tasty. I'll be back!
