酒店很超值, 地理位置未算很偏僻, 由狸小路步行要大概20分鐘左右, 唯晚間前台的煮聲音也不少, 但整體舒服

位置普通，需要走5-10分鐘可以抵達電車、地鐵、公車站，房間非常乾淨舒服。 客廳是對外營業的餐廳，營業時間到02:00，偶爾會影響休息，有點特別。適合單人旅客，如果是情侶需要空間的話，需要自行斟酌。

The room was incredibly clean and had everything you need in it(hairdryer, refrigerator etc.) The bed was big and comfortable. The staff was very nice and welcoming, the location is great too and easy to access. Would definitely recommend and return in the future!

The room was very cosy and private. The bath was a little small but had everything you needed. The staff was very nice and the location is very close to the subway. Around the area there were a lot of nice restaurants with good food. Would definitely recommend!

値段がとにかく安く、とても素晴らしいホテル!! 各部屋は個室になっていて、掃除が行き届いていましたし、お風呂とトイレが各部屋ついてました。 ホテルと変わりがない、有料ですか、食事の提供もあり満足冬は藻岩山が近くの有名なラーメンを沢山食べました。 スタッフの方は、ホスピタリティもあり、とても感じが良かった、また都会にありすすきのが近いです。 また、札幌に行く時に利用します ありがとう☺️

チェックインの48時間前にチェックインのためのメールが来るとありましたが全く来ない。場所も不便でやっと探し当てて見つけたら、民泊のような感じで(そうなのかも)普通のアパートのドアしかなくてどこがフロントかわからず、それらしき部屋も鍵がかかっており、ベルを鳴らすと、自分はホテル業ではないんですがと言いながら男性がドアを開けて、鍵番号も教えてくれた。担当者は外国人で休みだそうで、この人がいなかったらホテルには入れなかった。歯ブラシを始め、アメニティは無し。部屋が新しく清潔なのはとてもよかった。
しかし夜中24時過ぎても大きな談笑、バンバンバンバン何かを素早く叩いている大きな音がしたり、近年稀に見るうるささ。チェックアウト時も無人で、テーブルに'チェックアウトします。ありがとうございました'というメモと部屋番号とキーを置いて出てきた。
予約した時チェックアウトは15時と書いてあるのに11時だし、何から何まで杜撰でいい加減な運営。こうして日本は外国人に雑に乗っ取られていくのだろうなと不安にもなった。

2日連泊しましたが、1日目はオーバーブッキングで代替ホテルに移動。
二日目、この施設に泊まりましたが、今まで泊まったゲストハウスの中でスタッフの質が最低。
場所が分かりにくい、玄関のロック解除方法、部屋の鍵の保管方法などの情報がこちら(客)が聞かないと教えてくれない。
