SpringHill Suites Boston Peabody

We had a great room at this property—desk clerk gladly gave us a room on an upper floor as requested. The room was in perfect condition, as was the lobby area. Breakfast had lots of choices, room was quiet, everything was excellent. The only complaint would be that for our entire stay there was only one elevator working…the other one needs fixed! Otherwise, a perfect place to stay.

Hot tub was great, breakfast was very bad compared to other comparable complimentary breakfasts. Suite location, but the fridge was broken and to amend this they wanted us to switch rooms after settling in for hours, which would have been a huge inconvenience. It seemed like the front desk knew it was an issue. No other compensation was offered. Pretty poor experience for the price.

I was upset when checking in because the hotel clerk said the hot tub and pool were closed because of an issue with the city. I was truly looking forward to relaxing and using these amenities, that is why I booked this hotel. The clerk offered to cancel my reservation but I that means I would have to search for a new hotel last minute which is usually unlikely on a Saturday night, let alone that I have my 84 year old mother with me who was tired from the trip. The next morning, the Continental breakfast featured cold eggs, disgusting sausage patties and no butter for toast or cream cheese for a bagel. The worker didn't even have the courtesy to check in the back for these items. It's funny because they were there Monday morning. The room's beds were comfortable but the couch was terribly hard and like sitting on a concrete slab.

Pool was closed though i stayed there to take my granddaughter swimming. I wish yall had it on the websites.

It was unfortunate that they had an issue with the pool and it was down the entire 2 night stay. We specifically pick the hotel because it had an indoor pool. Breakfast was excellent.

Disappointed in spring hill suites, the pool wasn't open, we should get notice about construction, the pool not operating. Desk clerk waS far from friendly, didng even raise her head to say hello. The complimentary breakfast was very busy and not maintained. Will not return to spring hill and i stay here quite often.

They use pictures from a different hotel. Staff not as friendly as i would have liked

Great property for a great price. Convenient access to rt. 1 and food options.

Wasn’t too happy that the pool was down and I only found out about it when I went to check in considering that I chose the hotel mostly because of the pool
