"Having a washing machine right in the room is super handy if you need to do laundry. There are also plenty of massage spots nearby, which is nice! If it’s your first time visiting Osaka and you wanna stay around Shinsaibashi, this place is a solid choice. One big issue though: I extended my stay for 2 more nights through Trip.com. When I approached them l, they asked me for 2,000. What I meant is that when it came to the single room I originally booked, they told me they were out of space and tried to make me pay extra to upgrade. Like, my booking was already confirmed! How can you just turn around and say the room type is fully booked? Normally, the hotel should give you a free upgrade in a situation like this, not demand more cash. It wasn’t my fault to begin with."

"The location is excellent, right above Shinsaibashi Station with direct elevator access. It was a bit hard to find the first time I checked in; remember it's subway exit 8. Check-in was fast, and my luggage was delivered directly to the room. Housekeeping was also very thorough every day. The only downside was one night around midnight, there was a loud 'Bōsōzoku' (motorcycle gang) blasting music, which was very noisy! But the police arrived quickly. There's a direct airport shuttle bus from the lobby, which is super convenient for getting to the airport. If you're exploring Dotonbori landmarks and shopping in Shinsaibashi, this place is definitely worth staying at."

"Cleanliness: The bathroom door frame was covered in dust, which was a first for me in a Japanese hotel – quite shocking. Environment: It's right next to Kitahama Station, with a Starbucks, Lawson, and Fresco supermarket downstairs. After 10 PM, there aren't many places to eat. Service: The staff proactively offered luggage storage when they realized I had two bookings, which was very thoughtful. There are free umbrellas at the hotel entrance. Facilities: The bathroom was so comfortable with its separate wet and dry areas, and the bathtub was large and clean. Soaking in it every night after returning to the hotel was incredibly relaxing."

"The hotel is a conveniently short walk from Shin-Osaka station. The hotel is clean and modern and the staff are very professional. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and just outside the room was a useful filtered water station. Really liked the bathroom with the rainfall showerhead and separate deep bathtub and the washing machine was very useful. My family members enjoyed the bathhouse facilities and the welcome drink arriving late on a warm summer's night was a refreshing way to start our stay. We tried the breakfast one morning and while the range wasn't to my specific tastes other members of my group enjoyed it and for people who enjoy seafood and traditional Japanese food it is a great value buffet. Overall very good value for money."

There's a free self-service water dispenser on each floor. The location is truly unbeatable – Umeda is like the center of the universe, making it super convenient to get anywhere."

"I chose to stay here for an early morning flight the next day. I actually booked this place two years ago but didn't end up coming, and didn't get a refund... But I wanted to enjoy the hot springs ♨️ and do some outlet shopping, so I booked it again. Location: It's a bit awkward. It's directly opposite the outlet mall, so after shopping, you have to walk quite a distance, especially on a scorching afternoon. You also have to go under an unmanned overpass. It was a bit confusing to find the first time. Hot Springs ♨️: The natural hot springs are quite nice, with one large pool and one small outdoor pool. However, there was an earthquake while I was there, and the sea instantly became turbulent with strong winds ⚡ and thunder and lightning – it felt like the end of the world. There's a bar and a lounge area at the hot spring entrance, but the selection of items sold there is limited and mediocre. Restaurant at the hot spring entrance: It was expensive and the food was terrible. It was the first time I've ever been served yakiniku with sushi soy sauce for dipping – it was incredibly bad, and the quality of the dishes was very average. Actually, there are many other places to eat nearby, so if it's not pouring rain, it's best to eat out. However, the scenery there is indeed beautiful. Room: Pretty standard, not very spacious. But the bench by the window was very dirty, indicating inadequate cleaning and replacement. Front Desk: This dinosaur-themed self-check-in is truly bizarre. Self-check-in is convenient, but those two dinosaurs look a bit scary and eerie, and the lobby is dark and empty. My child and I were both startled. Overall: It's still recommendable, but you need to plan well."

"I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve stayed here. This might just be my favorite hotel in the world. It’s true, it might not be everyone’s cup of tea. But once you pass through the entrance tunnel, you’re transported to another world, even though you’re still in Osaka. This time, I was on a blue floor. Despite the heat outside, it felt like the temperature dropped by 5°C. The elevator was neon pink. I was greeted with a warm “Welcome back.” And I replied, “I’m home.” I was on the top floor, the 27th, on the Midosuji side, my favorite pink floor. Odd-numbered floors are pink, even-numbered are blue. Soon after, Jack brought my luggage. As always, he pulled my stopper from his breast pocket. Thank you. “Midosuji is all mine!” I declared, and then it was bath time. I headed to WET on the 4th floor. I read a book by the poolside, then soaked in the jacuzzi, repeating the cycle. Later, I had a French 75 at LIVING ROOM, served by Mr. Yajima. The Mexican dish I often order had been slightly revamped and was even more delicious. Back in my room, it was bath time again. Oh? Extra towels, bath salts, skincare, and a chair! Ah, I remember mentioning it last time. The chair wasn't quite what I had in mind, though. After that, I fell into a deep sleep, so no turndown service this time. Oh! Their laundry service is excellent here. I always have my high-end brand T-shirts cleaned here. It costs almost 10,000 yen locally, which is a bit much. They even managed to remove a stain from a skirt that H Nagoya couldn't get out. It’s not cheap, there’s no lounge, and no gym. But I absolutely love it. Thank you always, see you again."

"This is my second time staying at this hotel. The location is great, very close to Kansai Airport, and there are many shops nearby. However, this hotel is a bit inferior to the one next door, which is probably why it's also cheaper. A special warning: room 2226, I don't know if it's because it's on a corner or something, but the noise from the train passing below is incredibly loud. At first, I thought it was an airplane taking off. After a lot of investigation, I realized it was the train. The soundproofing is very poor; you can clearly hear cars driving by downstairs and even police sirens. The train noise, in particular, is so loud you can hear it clearly even from the hallway outside the door. Since I'm a light sleeper, I couldn't stand it at all. After communicating with the hotel twice, the front desk lady finally helped me change to a room on the 21st floor. I could still hear some noise, but it was much quieter and didn't affect my sleep much at night. However, after this experience, I probably won't stay here again. It would be better to pay a little more and stay at the SIS next door."
