"The hygiene was pretty good, nice and clean, and there was a bathtub 🛁. We stayed on a high floor, in the 20s, and the view from the window was great. The hotel location is super close to the subway exit! There's a microwave on the 21st floor. For the shuttle bus to the airport the next morning, you need to book it in advance."

"Our stay at Osaka Adachi-no-Mori Hotel was a pleasant surprise for my daughter and me. The hotel boasts a superb location in the Tennoji commercial district, with Kintetsu Department Store, Mio Mall, and Abeno Harukas Observatory all nearby. It's just a few hundred meters from the subway station, and the Kansai Airport Rapid Service provides direct access to Kansai Airport. The front desk offers Chinese-speaking staff. In the first-floor lobby, guests can enjoy complimentary drinks and pick up various skincare and bath amenity samples. They also provide free rentals of beauty massagers, curling irons, garment steamers, instant cameras, international adapters, and shoe dryers, among other items. The rooftop garden is adorned with beautiful lights and offers distant views of Tsutenkaku Tower. Other floors boast free amenities like KTV rooms, game consoles, billiards, table tennis, bedrock baths (Ganbanyoku), a kids' play area, a gym, and a manga corner. Upon check-in, we received vouchers for either a complimentary afternoon tea or a takoyaki-making experience. Since we stayed for two nights, we got to enjoy both activities. The afternoon tea was excellent, and every dessert was delicious. The ingredients provided for the takoyaki were ample and fresh. In the evenings, there was also a free happy hour, featuring treats like marshmallows, popcorn, prawn crackers, chicken skewers, a variety of delicious drinks, noodles, and dumplings. This time, we stayed in a deluxe panoramic twin room on the top floor. The room was very spacious and featured a proper entryway. The bathroom was thoughtfully designed with a wet and dry separation, and the bathtub was large and comfortable for soaking. The room was impeccably clean and tidy, and even had a massage chair. The view from the window was excellent, and outside the windowsill, there was a charming frog sculpture. The housekeeping staff were exceptionally friendly and polite. Throughout our stay, we were touched by all the thoughtful details. We were truly reluctant to leave, and the next time we visit Osaka, we will definitely stay at this hidden gem of a hotel again."

"Room was large in Japan hotels. Around 2mins walking distance from subway station. The hotel is located on the upper floors of a building while the lower floors are shopping malls. There are other shopping malls, supermarkets and restaurants around. On the other hand, some garbage (used plastic bags) from previous tenants was found inside the room. Although the location was quite hidden and did not affect the stay, but the housekeeping should do better."

"The location is super convenient! The cleanliness was okay, not as bad as some reviews made it out to be. There's a huge duty-free shop right across the street, plus a 24-hour convenience store. FamilyMart is next door too. It's really close to the subway station, and it's only one stop to Kansai Airport. The hotel offers a shuttle bus, but when we arrived, our preferred time was fully booked, so we just took the subway, which was also very easy. You can even see the ocean from the window!"

"I love the entire resort/hotel has to offer. It is very near Rinku Jr Station but in an isloated corner. The rooms have great ocean views. Breakfast was good quality but quite limited varieties. Free nice onsen but paid gym. Slightly later check out time compared to some other accommodations. If robotic dinosaurs at the reception could change to pokemon or something, would provide a better experience and attract more crowd."

"The hotel's side entrance is conveniently located right next to Lawson, just off the subway. There's even a hot spring on the 31st floor! While it does cost extra, the price is reasonable, and you even get Haagen-Dazs. After a day of exploring, a good soak is a must. Plus, the hot spring provides Sekkisei toiletries and Refa hairdryers. One ticket allows for two visits, morning and evening, and you can even catch a glimpse of Universal Studios at night."

"Coming from Kansai Airport, you do have to transfer a few times on the subway. However, the hotel is very close to Juso Station, about a 6-7 minute walk. Juso Station has a food street, so dining is super convenient! It's not crowded around at night, so sleeping is very, very quiet! There's a convenience store at the intersection, and Don Quijote is just across the main road! There's also Daikoku Drugstore nearby! Although breakfast is simple, it changes a bit every day, which shows a lot of thought. You'll definitely be full and satisfied! The lobby also has vending machines with beer, drinks, and ice cream! All your normal needs can be met here! Personally, I think even though the location is a little out of the way, it makes up for it in value for money, and transferring subways is still very convenient~"

"The room is spacious and new. The 1.35-meter bed was very comfortable for one adult and one child, and even with four suitcases, it didn't feel cramped for a family of four. The bathroom is very roomy and well-designed, making it convenient for multiple guests. There's a free shuttle bus to and from Osaka Station from 10 AM to 6 PM, or you can walk there in about 15 minutes. The hotel's own small garden has very relaxed koi fish. Nearby, you can get a panoramic view of Osaka from the Umeda Sky Building, and there's a convenient food street underground."

"This is my 2nd stay here. Love the cleanliness, the osen which offers multiple pools, the systematic luggage storage/collection process. The best part is the airport limo bus stops right behind the hotel on 2nd floor of the OCAT Building. You don't even need to cross any roads or take any stairs since escalator is available. Simple use the massive underpass walkway to connect to Namba shopping malls like Takashimaya and the famous Shinsaibashi shopping street at exit 10/12. Pls bring luggage w top/front opening as there is limited space. Do not bring 50/50 split luggage. Apart of this, everything else is super great! Oh yah, there are multiple charging sockets from 3-pin, japanese 2 pin, USB. More than enough for usage."

"The lobby is luxurious and grand, while the rooms are decent. Room service is excellent and responsive to all requests, including turn-down service and proactively replenishing bottled water. Breakfast doesn't offer a huge variety, but all the ingredients are fresh and delicious."
