Nice and clean room. The location is perfect if you want to discover many different places in Seoul, especially the cultural places. The staff was extremely friendly and helped me to book a day trip. In the lobby you can get free coffee and water bottles.

The hotel service is very good. There are front and rear doors for easy entry and exit. The street signs are also very clear. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the hotel from the subway station! It’s also very convenient if you want to go to Myeongdong, Korea Village, or Lotte Depar**ent Store!

The rooms do not look like the pictures. The room where old and very dirty. They showed me 4 of them and they were all old and dirty.
