Sentido Fido Punta del Mar Hotel & Spa - Adults Only

Easy to find, and access with both disabled and able access. Front of house staff very welcoming and eager to assist. Rooms are spacious, clean and well ventilated. The resort has a gym, spa and sauna and very well organised day events. Evenings have a variety of live music and karaoke and Wed - Fri you can access the roof top 'Blue bar' The food is a well varied variety for Vegan, vegetarian and a like with indoor and outdoor seating. Tables are place suitably apart. Shops are only a 10min walk with a range of food and clothing supermarkets.

We've been returning here for 7 years and as always the staff are amazing and welcoming. A special mention to Andrea in the restaurant and Miriam at reception. The hotel is spotless and well situated for the beach, buses and walks to Santa Ponsa centro. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with tea/ coffee making facilities However, this year we noticed that the tea/coffee sachets were not replenished nor were the cups cleaned or the surface they were on. Also decaf was only available on request in the restaurant and room. A small thing but not something we had encounter in the last 7 years. It seemed for some reaso that the rooms were just given a quick tidy and beds made. Maybe due to staffing? It did not detract from our usual enjoyment staying here and we will be returning hopefully soon.

Transfer approx 40 mins from Palma. Beautiful cool welcoming reception area with absolutely stunning panoramic view. Seaview double room.Excellent facilities.Spotlessly clean as were all areas of this hotel. Stunning pool area split into 2 levels. Clean towels every 2 days. Snack bar which was superb as was the food. Main restaurant was bright and simply furnished. Breakfast was excellent. Staff throughout the hotel were charming.Nothing was too much trouble. A short stroll through the town with well stocked supermarkets restaurants bars etc led you to the main beach. Clean and well stocked with loungers and beach bars. Sea was lovely. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel. I'll be back. Definitely. Gracias X

We absolutely loved our stay here. The facilities are wonderful and kept spotlessly clean, the views are stunning, and the food and drinks really high quality, with lots of choice. What really makes this hotel special, however, is the wonderful team. Everyone we met, from the first greeting at the reception desk to the final poolside drinks service, was warm, welcoming, friendly and helpful. Everyone works so hard, nothing is too much trouble, and service comes with a genuinely warm smile. We are already looking forward to returning.

Just love this hotel. There are amazing sea views everywhere in this hotel, every bedroom, the dining room, bar area, blue bar, even the reception area. The food is great. The hotel is very clean and well maintained but what sets it above the rest is the staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. From the reception staff and dining room staff, even the cleaners. The bar staff are so attentive (even before you tip ) and always smiling, even said hello when we passed them in the street. But I must give a special mention to the wonderful entertainment manager Christian. He is great, never too pushy or loud, just brilliant at getting you to join in things you’d never dream of doing. In fact, we came home with 5 certificates (yes you do revert to childhood and really want one of these😀). All in all I just can’t find any faults with this hotel and would recommend to any age (adults)

This was our 5th visit to this wonderful hotel. Everything was, as expected, pretty near perfect - staff, meals, rooms etc. It was my birthday during our stay and I even received a card from the hotel manager & staff. I recommend this hotel very highly. We will return next year.

Great relaxing adults only hotel. Breakfast was a fantastic array of foods to suit all dietary requirements . The Staff were all friendly . We were only there for a few days and would most definitely recommend this place. In our opinion a daily bottle of water in the room would be a great addition instead of just a bottle on first day.

Stayed here late April for a long weekend. The staff are so friendly and polite, the views from the lobby/rooms and pool are STUNNING. Rooms are clean and well presented. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and again very friendly staff. The outdoor pool is very cold… but never the less very pretty and again well kept and clean. The indoor pool and spa is absolutely lovely and super clean again. We stayed over my bday weekend and they left a little card and some chocolates which was a lovely touch. Only a short walk to the centre of Santa Ponsa, is also very close to bus stops with links to Andrax and Palma. Overall I had a lovely stay and would be keen to come back!

We saw the reviews so decided to book here. We have been to the resort many times but not to this hotel. Everything everyone says is correct. The staff are excellent, very pleasant and helpful and they are well staffed too. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. The rooms are quite basic (could do with some drawers) but adequate. Our view was magnificent and I think all rooms have views. They turned aircon off as the weather cooled but this made the rooms quite stuffy and hot at nights. The location is great, a short walk to shops and bars but nice and quiet. We booked an early breakfast on the day of departure and weren’t very impressed as there were no drinks - hot or cold! Otherwise everything was great.
