Nice place to be, but the registration takes too much time, even for regular customers, it’s kinda annoying.

Hotel was undergoing renovation and during our stay of 14 nights. We were asked to move two times! First time we obliged but for the second time , we were very upset and refused cos it should have been told to us. Communication need to be better

Why don’t you mention your hotel is under renovation? You have to notify the guest when making an online booking or in the confirmation.
We are having some meetings with our customer in your hotel, which is noisy and unprofessional.
We are very disappointed.
