The hotel is pretty close to Disneyland, which is great for easy access. It can get a bit cold at times, and the room isn’t soundproof, so you can hear the fireworks and even catch a glimpse of them from the window. Overall, a good stay with a great location!they also offer free transportation to Disneyland if you wake up really early.

Our bathroom had a terrible wash basin (it is more than 3 feet high with a small basin that is set inside by about 6 inches). Brushing teeth is a challenge! Floor tiles are slippery if not for a bath cotton mat and rubber mat inside the shower area.
There may be plans for a drying line soon? Fortunately, in the meantime, there is a laundry room for house guests.
Breakfast - chinese continental with very limited choice.
The only convenient and good service, is the shuttle bus to the airport (round the clock and punctual).
It is an ideal place to stay since it provides drop off and pick up service (once in the early morning and once when the park closes) to/from Disneyland.

As expected of Shangri La, the service was great and top tier. Told them we were celebrating a birthday and they gave us a room facing the river and even helped to decorate the room?! Super good service and location (near Lujiazui and walkable to Oriental Pearl Tower). Near the Shanghai Tower as well. Friendly staff and clean place. Highly recommend. Special thanks to Lynn, minnie and vivian for the card.

Totally recommend this appart hotel ! You have a nice well equiped kitchen, the breakfast was okay and the view from the 18th floor is beautiful.
The only downside was the insulation as we had a very loud neighbour but after telling the reception they managed to deal with him so we could sleep.
There’s a mall in front of the hotel that has it all and a well animated street nearby where you can find anything you want.

TLDR: The best hotel you can get in Shanghai Pudong area, no cap!
Not sure how many stars it is, but it is surely a 5-star hotel for me. The hotel offers great value for incredibily spacious room, comfortable and high tech. The room is equipped with AI voice control, though you need to use Chinese language. The toilet seat is high-tech, it has warm seat just like Japan!
The hotel offers free bus service to airport and Disneyland! They also have free-of-charge Disney 'tour guide'. If you'd like to, you can join the tour and he will lead you to play around Shanghai Disneyland, though they communicate through Chinese only.
Furthermore, it provides complimentary supper every day, which is really a huge bonus! When you come back from Disney trip, this supper will be the one to fill your tummy up!
Also, there is a secret menu, which is a foot spa. After a lengthy day back from Disney, remember to ask the staff for a wooden pile, which can be used for foot spa. They provide herbal sachet, just pour hot water in, and you can enjoy foot spa in your room!
Staff is super friendly. You can easily reach to service desk by a one-click phone call from your hotel room.

Enjoyed the stay a lot! The room was very neat and nice. Breakfast was very tasty and the staff brought little snacks each day. They were also very helpful with every question and accommodating. It's a 10/10 hotel!

With the price I paid for I think is extremely worth it. They even provide airport transfer which makes it very convenient for us. Breakfast starts as early as 6am for guest checking out at 7am.. I think is very accommodating. The surrounding area has many restaurants, convenient stores and a big supper market to shop..

Have a very good stay here!
Highly recommend especially if you are looking to go to Shanghai Disneyland. There is free shuttle bus to and fro!
All the staffs here are also super helpful!

Contact them to get airport shuttle to hotel (either free or just pay RMB 179 from Pudong)

From the beginning of the check-in at the front desk, the staff was warm and thoughtful, not only the speed of processing, but also patiently introduced the hotel's various services and interesting places around. During the stay, any problems can be solved quickly by calling the front desk. When I checked out, I also took the initiative to help call the car. It really put the needs of the guests first, which made people feel particularly warm.

GGuest UserI ordered a room with a window, initially I did not find the windows, then the staff helped me and changed the room, the window was like in the photos, my room was tired of stains on the walls, the sink was broken. Cleaning is good, towels, teeth from the net and slippers were changed every day, the bed was clean, maybe this hotel has better rooms, I don't know, the staff was friendly and convenient location🙏

Obviously, since the hotel isn’t in touristic area, they don’t know English, but since I have a translation app, it’s easy to communicate . they helped me to receive parcels from Taobao and stored them until I came. They helped me to send parcel within China also, to call courier and ask where he is. Adorable and nice girls.
The room is clear and pretty nice, as pictured. Nice soft bed and sheets. Everything you need is inside. Even more like additional disposable towels. The cleaner comes everyday to give you new tools even if you tell her no xD
Metro station is in 10-15 minutes of pleasant straight walk through great local restaurants and a school, if kids will see you, they will try to say “hi!” On English, which is cute.
Location of the hotel (Zhoupu station) might be not really close to centre, but it’s great to see how simple people live. Also, the bonus is KFS with fresh Kongee (rice and chicken porridge) each morning, which is surprisingly good for me as celiac.

GGuest UserMy son is an Ultraman fan and he loved staying at this hotel and enjoying at this theme park, similar level of excitement comparing with his last visit to the Ultraman hometown in Japan. Despite there were some communication issues happened between the hotel and Trip.com, both teams tried their best to solve the issue and support us. Special thanks to the Trip.com lady (sorry that I forgot to ask for her name) who spoke with me several rounds for exploring solutions. Heartfelt thanks to Mr. Roger Yao (the manager on duty of Ultraman Hotel in the afternoon on 05Apr) who successfully made my son happy again after a disappointment. Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

GGuest UserLittle hard to find but once you get to the right area it’s easy to find; as previous people have said it’s located between gates G and H in terminal 2, just go up the little escalator and it’s right there! I had a late flight and wanted to stay the night and it was a nice cheap option! My room actually got upgraded for free which was a nice surprise. The women at reception were amazing and very helpful. Would recommend for any early or late flights!

Service: The owner and his wife were incredibly hospitable. They provided complimentary pick-up and drop-off to Disneyland and were always on hand to assist.

It takes 5 minutes by taxi and 20 minutes to walk to the examination room. The key proprietress is very enthusiastic, and she sends fruit and borrows a battery car.
