The hotel design is good, the layout is good, the room I live in is just the size of the window is very good, but the sound insulation is a bit poor. I can hear the sound of driving on the roadside outside at night. The movement in the corridor is also a bit obvious, but the day trip is very tired and the impact is not too big. Overall, the stay experience is very good. Good, I will choose this hotel again if I have a chance.

The experience was good. The room was clean and tidy without any odor. The bed was soft. I could immediately relieve my fatigue after lying down for a night. There was a separate bathroom, which was divided into dry and wet areas. It was a smart toilet and also had a large wash basin. The breakfast desserts were very delicious. There was also a whole table of small ingredients and buns, and you could also have noodles and wontons by yourself. I want to come again next time!

The price of the hotel is consistent with the benefits. It is very cost-effective. I highly recommend staying here when you are out for fun. The transportation is very convenient. It is two minutes away from the subway. The shopping mall opposite is also convenient for eating. It’s good.

The environment is good, the transportation is convenient, the room equipment is very complete, the night is very quiet, and the sleep is very comfortable. In general, staff don’t speak and read English, even basic words for hospitality industry. When I first showed my booking to receptionist to check in, she didn’t check at all and told me to ask customer service in Trip. I guess she didn’t understand the booking I had shown her. So highly recommend to show chinese version of your booking to smooth check-in process. Except language barrier, everything (facilities, staff attitute, cleaness,…) is almost perfect.

It took me 30 minutes to check in. And when I went up to the room, it wasn't cleaned, so I waited in the lobby for another 15 minutes. I saw a cockroach the size of my thumb while taking a shower at night. The soundproofing and bedding were fine.

I've stayed in several Base accommodation before, this one rates well for room size, style, newness and condition. Great linen and towels, comfy bed, ground floor cafe is convenient, feels like a home away from home. Convenient location beside Line 13 station and underground mall with many restaurants, and not far from Line 8 & 4 at Xizang nan Lu. But not in the heart of the mid city action, there's not much around unless take 2 metro stops. That however is fine, it is very functional living. Will re-book in future.

I booked one room for two nights then when I checked in the receptionist was so kind, upgraded my room to a good room with a good views that I could see from window.

Check-in wasn’t a good experience, but the hotel was okay after that. When I first checked-in, the room key cards I was given didn’t work, which was frustrating as the room was one of the furthest from reception. This meant I had to go all the way back for new keys after a long day. I just wanted to relax! Then the second room I was given didn’t match the photos on Trip.com, in particular it didn’t have a real window, looking over the dining area rather than outside. But when finally settled into the third room, the stay was okay. It was supposedly an upgrade, but it only looked like the room I had booked. The location is the big plus: right on Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street which leads to the Bund, both iconic locations that are great to visit. I didn’t have the breakfast as there were no spare seats, so I went to a nearby McDonald’s instead. The hotel needs to enlarge its dining area.

The breakfast is delicious and tastes good. The restaurant wait staff provide excellent service.definitely have to come stay again
