However, we had some issues with cleanliness. I’m almost certain there were bed mites—the bites were unbearable. I asked to change the sheets and treat the mattress, and after a second request, they did replace the linens. Additionally, we found a beetle in the bathroom and asked for it to be removed, but it stayed with us until the end of our stay. The staff's kindness prevents me from giving a lower rating, but these issues really need attention.
